After trying another local carpet cleaning service and having them cancel on me the DAY of my appointment because they couldn't get through the commercial gate at Eglin AFB I looked around YELP and found Great White. I'm glad I did. After hearing my horror story and fear that they'd also cancel on me because of the commercial gate they reassured me on the phone that they'd still service my house. The carpet technician that came was awesome, he arrived a little late but mostly because the commercial gate had a huge line, it's a hazard for living on base, but he didn't cancel on me. I only needed the carpets done this time around and got a great price for services. Joshua Berard the technician was quick, friendly, and answered a few of my nerdy carpet cleaning questions. Other services that Great White Cleaning has is carpet, tiles, grout, and upholstery. I definitely will use this service for annual cleanings just to make sure my house is still clean. I received an email and phone call about who was coming out. I lucked out bc my appointment moved up to today which I really wanted anyway. Ethan and Zach were very professional and nice to talk too. I had a few areas I put my stuff at and they were fast loading. The bumper they put on the door frame was amazing because I had a couch that was pretty good size and with that on the door frame there wasn't any dents. Sorry no pictures but the service I received was 5 stars!!!
