I would not refer this tax service to my worst enemy. The time it takes to submit documents for an individual should not take more than 3+ weeks. Excuse after excuse on why my filings were not inputted into the system. I love to support Black owned businesses but this is definitely the last one. This business is ran out of a home. It doesn't matched the address provided on Google and Yelp. Essential Tax and More is by far the worst tax business I have ran into. Very shady business. Ms. Franks was the absolute best tax worker I have ever experienced. She spent time to explain every bit of my taxes and advocated for me in a way services like Turbo Tax or HR Block could never!
