TL;dr - I paid $140 to iPhone ER to have them permanently damage my iPad and they threatened me…read morebecause I asked for a partial refund. Stay away! My iPad gen 4 got a cracked screen so I took it to these guys. That was a mistake - they have no clue how to fix cracked screens. To make a long story short, they damaged my iPad but roughly/incorrectly installing the new screen. I ended up taking the iPad to another store to store to have it repaired from iPhone ER's "repair." In the end, I'm out $140 to iPhone ER, which only paid for them to permanently damage my iPad. I spend another $54 to correct their incorrectly-installed screen. To make matters worse, when I called and asked for a partial refund, I was threatened by whoever answered the phone. They told me they were recording our conversation! It was crazy...definitely the worst business I've dealt with in a long time.
