I'm a regular. I…read morefill our bottomless Yukon XL tank here every two weeks. I always get a carwash! Two of my carwash codes expired. I asked if I could get two more. Keep in mind I spend easy $300 a month here as well as my husband and two teens!!!!! (I mentioned i was a regular) The older man treated me as if I was pulling a big scam. Really! Get over yourself. Show some customer service. I'd like to insert a rude name for him now. But I'm too nice. Bottom line I use speed pass and avoid entering store. And their touch less carwash is great. So they have that going for them too.

Worst possible interaction with a 'supervisor' regarding a defective car wash. I put my truck…read morethrough the car wash and did not get the expected cycles for the level I purchased. The dryer on the exit work for a second before shutting off as well. I went in to complain and this person gave me every excuse in the book including; no one else has complained; I took too long to drive the six feet and the blower timed out; the company that runs the wash will still charge them. I told them to check the video from the cameras in the wash - ignored. I felt like I was treated like a thief and was disrespected. She offered to put me through again finally but I could not wait the extra thirty minutes in line. This is a great example of how to paint its honest customers with the same brush you do to the thieves. Learn to be discriminating, respect your customers and earn repeat business. You lost mine.

I found this car rental place off of Expedia when I was planning my trip to Alberta, CA. Overall my…read morecar rental experience was outstanding. I got a nice subcompact SUV (2024 Nissan Kicks) that had good fuel efficiency on the highway for roughly less than $35 USD/day. I have almost no complaints except for the fact that getting to this facility requires extra effort. For US travelers, gates 15-16 are typically where you'd arrive from in Calgary airport however the gate to board the bus to Routes is at Gate 7 which is a very long walk. When you arrive at Gate 7 wait for the bus to arrive to board where it's another 10-minute drive to the facility to pick up your car. The entire process from boarding the bus to car retrieval was about 45-50 minutes. You'll need to allow extra time when returning your car as well. The other thing they don't tell you is where to drop the car off when returning. And even those instructions were mixed based on who I was talking to. I was told to return the car to the back of the building while some customers were able to drop off in the front. It was a bit disorganized but aside from that, it was decent service at good value.

When I booked this car for travel in Calgary, it was not clear that the site was off the airport…read more Anyone renting a car should check whether they have to travel from the airport or if the car rental center is adjacent to the airport. This can add 15-30 minutes of unexpected travel time. This car rental company has one shuttle and one spot where you can catch it to reach their site. The site was a bit of a distance from the airport and located in an industrial business park. I was a bit nervous, thinking I had been taken on an unwanted trip to some place never to be seen again. The staff gives the vibe that they are new to the rental business and are still figuring out how it should work. The cost of the car is slightly less than the big-name rental company, and you should buy the difference. The drop-off point was packed with people standing outside, their faces changing from frustrated to angry and ready to cuss. Customers had been waiting for a while to get a car. The check-in process had 2 attendants and a long line. Somehow, some way, I managed to get a car while others were still waiting. The interior and exterior reminded me of the quick cleaning job I would do when my parents asked me to wash the car; it was acceptable but far from complete or clean. RENTERS BEWARE of the windshield exclusion notification. If anything hits and stars the windshield, you are on the hook, and ensure that you closely look at the windshield before leaving. I found two stars on the windshield that were not disclosed when I picked up the car. Calgary has many quick rainstorms this time of year, and it did hail. So, think long and hard before declining the windshield protection insurance. In short, this rental company is part of Europcar, and I have used them before when traveling out of the country from the US. Avoid it like Ebola and run from it like you would from a rabid raccoon.
