They advertise as the most cost-effective rental car option at Calgary airport however the ordeal starts after you land there and stand in the queue for picking up your car at their pick-up location. 1) Customer Service: All customers, including us, seem to be confused and ran out of patience due to infinitely long wait times at their front desk. 2) Lack of professionalism during car delivery - Pre-delivery inspection was done in haste raising lot of red flags and warning signs. We pointed out several preexisting scratches on the windshield and on the car body before these were included in the pre-delivery inspection report. 3) Real-ordeal during car return: During car return, we had mentioned about the minor scratch on the right side of the front bumper which happened during an incident where the car hits a fence, rather say touches at speed less than 5 mph (please refer the attached image for your own conclusion) in a parking structure. However, we were forced to sign a document with extra security hold of $1500. This is in addition to the $500 security hold during car pick-up stage at the front-desk. There was no mention or reference of pre-delivery inspection report either. Even after repeated follow-ups, they responded with the actual invoice after more than a month with $1000 charges for repair. We were fine with the actual cost of repair, though 7 hours of labor and parts for a minor scratch seem unreasonable, but they charged us extra fees for 3 days of non-operation of the vehicle which again looks extremely superficial. In short, if you care about your mental peace while renting a car then please consider other options. Our experience was not good, and we will avoid routes car rental at Calgary airport if we happen to visit the place again.

Great service from the pickup shuttle, but once we walked into the office, things changed. Surprise surprise, we don't have the jeep you rented even though you confirmed it 3 days ago. How about a Nissan rogue. Ask for a half tank of gas for compensation, "no sorry, how about an extra 50km per day". We ended up with a ford edge, the Vehicle was in decent shape but has stains on the seats. Couldn't get CarPlay to work, and both usb ports in the front do not work. Hoping we don't have any vehicle return issues like others have mentioned, being charged for damages or cleaning fees. Would have just rented at the airport in hindsight. Will update this review after we return the vehicle and confirm no extra fees or charges.

The worst rental car experience I have ever had…read more We were scheduled to pick up two standard SUVs at 6pm after we arrived from our flight. Our flight was slightly delayed and so we did not end up making it over to the rental car counter until about 7pm. Once we made it to the counter, the lady estimated that it would be a twenty minute wait. We waited about 40 minutes and then went up and spoke to her because we started to talk to the people around us who were saying they had also been waiting over an hour on a car. When we talked to the lady at the desk she told us that someone had to go over to the other location to pick up our cars and that they were on the way. Another twenty minutes go by and we wait. We ask her again and she then says that she is unsure if we will be able to get our size of car that we reserved. She asks if we can accept another car. Unfortunately, even with the standard SUVs, it will be a tight squeeze, so we cannot switch. Also, she told us previously that the car was on the way? So this must have been a lie. In addition to the initial lie she told us that it would be 20 minutes until our car arrived (since everyone around us waited at least an hour and a half). Another 25 minutes go by. By this point, everyone in our group is cursing Enterprise's name and saying we will never rent from them again. We ask to talk to a manager. And magic! Somehow, five minutes later, when we go back to the back, the manager has gotten our cars ready and is waving our keys because he knows that he was about to deal with some very angry customers. I would also like to note that when we went to the back, there was a big tray of sushi and about 5 people sitting around, not working. Very confusing because the manager, when explaining why things took so long, told us that they were low staffed. But it just looks like the staff were too busy eating sushi to do their jobs, and the manager was fine with us waiting an hour and a half while he had plenty of staff sitting around. They're conveniently located at the international Airport, which was great for customers traveling with luggage. The staff that assisted us with the vehicle were very professional, but we were a little surprised that our vehicle had some damage upon our pickup. So of course we took photos and videos, so we won't have any issues upon us returning the vehicle in a few days. I've rented cars on multiple occasions during our travels, and this was the first time in the last 10yrs that I never received a receipt after I returned the vehicle. It's now been 10 days since we returned the vehicle on June 1st, and we are still waiting for our receipt to be emailed to us. Our overall experience was good, and we were eventually charged correctly based on our reservations. I'm not sure if this enterprise location is just super busy or if they're under staffed, but we've definitely had better customer service with other companies.
