We came here right after going to Sushi Omakase in Stavanger, another One-Star restaurant. Because I had only a so-so experience with the wine pairing, I opted out of the wine pairing and did a juice pairing instead. My husband opted for the beer made from seaweed which he loved. I also loved the juice pairing because they made all the juices from local ingredients and they were super unique. Had incredibly beautiful food with excellent service. It was also quite a fun car ride to get from Stavanger to this restaurant. Truly an amazing experience and if you go to Norway you should make every effort to visit.
