They were super friendly and curteous. Before you entered the car wash, I guy would power wash the wheels and wheel wells to ensure the effectiveness of the automatic car wash. It was a very nice "Personal" touch that kept me coming back. What happened! All the regular staff are gone. The new guys down seam to give a s**t about their customers. I told the clerk I specifically wanted my car and wheels washed. My wheels looked like crap. I even made a comment about the pre-wash power washing. He told me to run through and try it. The former owners would allow you to run through again if you were not happy with the results. I never did it but I knew it was their policy. NOT THESE GUYS! The owner came rushing over when I asked and my request for a second time turned into an argument. WHY? I just wanted a clean car. It would have cost them nothing. By refusing my request it cost them a customer.

So when my daughter and I were at Park Royal with Por Por (Grandma) and she mentioned that there was a Car Wash there which she was curious about, and she suggested trying it out, I jumped at the opportunity to finally get my car cleaned! They offer Deluxe Hand Wash, Interior Xpress, and the Manager's Special which is a combination of both the Deluxe Hand Wash and Interior Xpress. I took the Manager's Special and I am ever so glad that I did! There were 3 men who washed, polished and vacuumed my car all at once. I forgot to keep track of the time but I'm pretty sure they did it all within less than a half hour. Perhaps 20 - 25 minutes? I was impressed. My car was so clean when I got it back. The price seemed very reasonable too. For $39.95 they cleaned both the outside and the inside of my car. I had previously been looking at some Groupon deals for Auto Detailing. The cheapest deal I had seen was around $90, and that was just for the exterior. I was very happy with how well the men at Soap Car Wash cleaned my car for $39.95, and really didn't require anything more. The only thing that could have been improved upon was the communication. It's a bit of a confusing setup. I wasn't sure at times if I was headed in the right direction, whether I needed to drive forward, or turn my engine off...etc. A bit more clarification would have been appreciated. I muddled through though, and for $39.95 (plus tax and tip) my car came out super clean. When I brought the car home and my husband inspected it, he was also very much impressed! Highly recommend this place! Service: Excellent (Communication skills could use a little work, but the service they give in terms of car washing is excellent!) Location: They're located in the parking lot of Park Royal shopping Centre, just outside the Simons department store. It can be slightly confusing trying to navigate your way through the car wash.
