Negative 1 time a free thing they told me things needed 4 front end alignament..because of that i rembered them and came back...even purchased 4 tires,which was givin 1 price but when purchased another was 2 be charged luckly i had where it was written down...but when yoi tell them of something in front end may be wrong and it was what yoi said they only raised on hoist had at most 10 min. and then get charged 20 bucks....i believ my loyatily is gone out window and been replaced by their greed...they could have at least said bring it back and get that work done and we will take that 20 bucks off of price but they would probably tried to make it up with miscelaeoinse charges like shop supplies...well if its a shop should you not have your own supplies...GREED...Yep i am done..i would only reccomend as a last min. have to do....now i dont have enough time and you probably aint interested in rest there is more and i thought they would be VERY GOOD caise a lpt of people like em....maybe just me but like that ole saying goes fool me once...but the third time. SCAM ARTIST,took my 06 Tj wrangler in to change ball joint's, I am not a mechanic so I didn't have the puller. They changed them and in the process unhooked my sway bar quick disconnects and propped the on the 3rd coil of the springs and give it back as finished. I took it for a drive and it had the death wobble, the put it up on the rack grabbed 2 other parts they claimed could cause it, the mechanic even went for a ride. The odd part was the drive shaft they wanted to replace cost more just for the part than the part and installation. A week later as it set while trying to find an honest jeep mechanic I just happen to look down and see the quick disconnect off, anyone with a wrangler knows if one pops off it makes the front end uneven, but the only 2 choices is it was an outright SCAM or for lack of better words the mechanic was a moron. Also I talked to someone who they do fleet work for the post office and they are constantly having to take their trucks back for simple fixes several times before it ever gets fixed. read more

When Barker Bros in Princeton changed hands, the difference was noticeable, so I tried Estep. I have used them for about four years for inspections, tires, and brakes, and I really have nothing to compare the price to. Given the reality that auto care always costs more than you hope, the prices seem reasonable. On one inspection, my muffler had a hole. They don't do mufflers, but they referred me to a shop that cost less than I expected. I like how you pull up to the door, go in, and they drive your car to the bay. When your car is done, they drive it back to the front door. It may be because space is tight, but it feels like great service. The woman who is usually at the register is very nice, as is the guy who seems like the owner. Once, I went there two days after a transplant and when I stood up from the car I needed to pause for a moment. The cashier came out to ask me if I needed assistance. needed tires on new dually. back wheels were seized up. I watched them hit the tires with a sledge hammer. now my back rims have huge dents the exact size of a sledge hammer. manager denied he damaged the rims. and these are new rims with no marks.... the time before that I needed a tire mounted, and my wheel cover disappeared. i will never take any of my vehicles back to Estep tire. very shady place in my opinion! read more

First of all, I got a shoddy patch job day before yesterday when yhey removed a small nail and my tire was flat when I got up yesterday. I called them and instead of offering to fix it correctly, Tony denied it was his shoddy patchwork that caused the flat. I got someone else to check it. If you get a quote over the phone, be sure they're telling you the price of parts AND labor or you'll be paying twice as much as you thought! I was out there today and they gave me a big song and dance about needing to replace my rotors due to "too much rust". Not too thin. No, too rusty. I declined, waited there about three hours for them to finish (I had an appointment) and won't darken their door again. One star does not begin to cover this place. It is so much worse than bad. I took my car in 3 and 1/2 weeks ago for a wobble that it has at higher speeds. They said it was all 4 wheel bearings at a price of 940.00 I knew the front ones were fine, because I had tested them. But okay they are all old so I said to go ahead. Three days later I got my car back. It wobbles so bad at 20 miles an hour you can't drive it. I took it back. A week later I got it back. Not fixed.. took it back 2 weeks later after checking on it a few times I call and the say they are working up an estimate to see if I want it fixed. I am new to the area and needed a tire replaced on my Mercedes SL500. It is a rare size and rather expensive, so I spent some time shopping around via phone. I spoke with Tony and Connie on separate occasions, and both were very friendly and helpful. Their price was fair and the turnaround time was quick.
