They were at the till having a conversation. Neither of them looked up , greeted us or acknowledged us in any other way . We walked around the store looking for the pieces she wanted , while still being ignored. We decided that we wouldn't be able to find the items on our own so turned to leave . She looked very puzzled so I explained that in every shop we went into we were greeted and offered assistance. The response was ' do you want me to say sorry' .
