My hair was extremely white in the front and it did not match the tone of the rest of my hair. On top of that the roots were not blended. I was going to be in a wedding the next weekend so I needed it fixed as soon as possible. I reached out for her to fix it the next day, which was a Sunday, so I knew that she would not reply right away. I waited until Monday, which the salon says they are open. I texted her again telling her to please let me know if she was able to fix my hair. She still did not reply. I left a review on Monday evening saying what happened, and she texted me back finally. The text was rude and she claimed that I was relentlessly texting her and ruining her family time, and that my review left a bad taste in her mouth. At the end she backhandedly says, "I was going to offer to fix your hair on Friday." I asked for a refund, because I do not feel comfortable going back to this salon, she refused and only refunded me the tip. If I could give negative stars I would.

I feel bad writing this review because they were nice people but this is literally the worst…read moremanicure/pedicure I've ever received. It felt rushed and they're extremely sloppy. My nails were already short and she cut them in such a weird shape I have no choice but to cut them even shorter to try and fix them. The chrome which was an extra $10 doesn't even cover my nail bed completely and is bubbly. I almost never get my nails done so this was a treat to myself for Mother's Day photos I have coming up and I'm just so bummed that they look so terrible.
