Shortly after my service began another woman was seated across from me and was offered the beverage menu(which came from the basket at my station). She declined. Shortly after, Another person came by and offered her the menu again. Finally when the menu was returned to my technicians basket, I asked what's that. Not once, but twice because I had yet to be offered anything. The female worker put it back and I pointed and asked a 3rd time and my technician gave it to me.
