Picked a $45 pedicure and was of course expecting French and gel to be extra so that service came out to be $70 which was fine. When it came to getting the full set; that's what took forever. Once my tech was almost done I asked if she had any gems that she could add to two of my fingers to which she said no but offered to add a glitter line instead. Before I could even say yes she was rushing to grab her things to leave so she was replaced with a different tech. This new tech started to apply the glitter but stated that she couldn't do it after a few attempts. She then started to thicken the French stating that my nail was visible (did not need her to do that) however, she couldn't do that either. She then left and yet another tech came to finish my nails. So I was done by 3 people. Once I went to pay, I was told that my price was $170. I've neverrrr paid that much for some nails. So I asked exactly why they were that much. They called my original tech and put her on speaker for me. As stated earlier my toes were $70; $20 for French and gel. My set was $100 for French, shape, gel, and glitter. The ladies then informed her that I did not get the glitter so that brought it down to $165..... This is not a $165 service. For that much I should've walked out with an intricate design but this is basic French we're talking about. Only thing I can say that was great was them was sweet. They offered drinks when I arrived and I was seated immediately. The place is very nice but the quality of the service is not all that to be charged like this. I will be going back to get this fixed or get compensation.

He would say slick mean things and laugh even when I would clearly show that I didnt find anything funny about what he said . I was so ready to leave the salon at this point . but however my friend experience was the complete opposite. Her nail tech hey was very kind and attentive to her toes. 10/10 on him 1/10 for Henry.
