I opted for a 90 minute bespoke luscious facial, which included skin cleansing, extractions, gua sha, massage, microcurrent, face mask - I'm sure I'm missing some of the other service provided...it was a very relaxing experience and I zoned out a few times. For eyebrow shaping, Carissa is amazing. She listens and delivers! My eyebrows came out even, full, and perfectly shaped - just as I had requested. The last time I went a few weeks later I noticed my nail was discolored. Turns out it was nail fungus. I had to clip my nails off and apply nail fungus gel for about 3 weeks in order to get rid of it. It seems they don't (or didn't) sterilize their equipment. I had some bad experiences at a couple of salons in Ukiah and decided to try a new place in Willits and I was so happy. My expectations were exceed by far. I loved that I was listened to and understood as it turned out my color was perfect as was my cut!! I will be back and the fifteen minute drive was well worth the time it took to get there. The ladies were so kind and welcoming it felt more like I was visiting a friends house rather than a new salon. I am very picky about my hair and I highly recommend them 100%. One of the ladies was cutting a little boys hair while I was there and she was so patience and kind. His cut turned out great!
