But what made it special for me was the friendliness of the owner, who despite our differences in language, was able to communicate just fine with me. We got invited to a Greek festival and a championship ping pong tournament. Update: the olives are the best I've ever tasted. The black ones are Smokey and oaky and the green ones are superb. The pickled asparagus is excellent. This place is worth a stop.
