Recently my pump stopped working so I paid $175 for a service call and confirmed it was a bad pump. The technician installed a new one and after I put 400 gallons of water in it turns out the pump was bad. Prior to installing the tech should always turn the spindle to make sure it is not locked up. Should not assume products from the factory are always good. So I had to wait 3 days for a replacement and then refilled the spa again. Fortunately the pump worked plus we had spun the spindle in advance to make sure. My issue is after all of my time, trouble and expense all I was offered was a $70 credit on the labor cost. I asked them to at least sell me the pump at their cost and they refused. Again, my time and refilling the spa with expensive water is not inexpensive and still making a profit on the pump really is bad customer service...particularly for a customer who has spent over $30k on their products over the years and had referred others to them. Really disappointed!

Out of the 5 companies I submitted a request to, they were the 2nd ones I reached out to but the last ones to reach out back to me (excluding the auto-generated "thank you" text which the other pool companies sent as well). Lisa from the office called me Wednesday at 5:38 PM and said she could have a tech come out the next day to give me a quote. Jose came out Thursday around noon. He was super nice and professional. He said he would get me 3 different quotes for the 3 type of packages they offer by the end of the day or the next day (Friday) in the morning at the latest. By Friday at 4:25 PM, I had yet to receive anything so I called and spoke to Lisa and she said they'll send it over shortly. They sent 2 quotes (not 3) at 4:40 PM. Monday morning at 10 AM, I called to discuss the quotes for further clarification, especially since the links weren't working. Lisa said she's going to call Jose and call me right back. She never did. Tuesday morning at 8:28 AM, almost a week after I had initially reached out, I called saying they never called me back and asked to speak to a manager. She put me on the phone with Jose and he was a totally different person than the guy that came out to the house. He kept interrupting me and talking over me. He was rude saying I didn't know anything about pools (that might be true but this is not my first house with a pool and that's not something you'd say to a prospective client), and making excuses for their lack of responsiveness. If they're this bad when they're trying to earn my business, I can't imagine how bad they are once they do earn it. Reading some of their other reviews, I should've just never reached out to begin with. TLDR: Unresponsive, unprofessional/rude, overpromise/underdeliver. I worked with them for close to a year and had to ask them almost monthly to find a new person to clean our pool. The kids they hire just do not understand how cleaning pools work, and the owners, who were very nice, would agree that it is 'hard to find good work these days'. For example, the pool cleaners would constantly brush the pool before vacuuming then the dirt would settle back in. The pool floor was always left dirty. I even would go out and speak with them to no avail. I can see them on the cameras doing it this way which was always so frustrating. Additionally, more often than not, they would neglect to leave chlorine in the bowl. No less than 5 times did I find the chlorine tablet sitting on top of the basket, which caused algae to grow The only reason I did not fire them sooner was because one of the pool cleaners had chipped tiles in our hot tub and the company promised to fix it. It took many, many, many months for them to finally fix the tiles which is appreciated (and why they are rated two stars instead of one). Ultimately, I hate to leave a negative review but this was very warranted. Do not use them for your service, especially if you are very passionate about a clean pool.
