I had been treated by Marijana for all of my previous visits. This past week Dr. Tsimis installed a crown...a normally involved procedure requiring two visits. He treated the damaged tooth, measured and prepped me in 45 minutes. To my amazement one half hour later my new crown was ready and perfectly fit to my satisfaction. They now have the technology to fabricate a permanent crown. I think it is awesome. Bravo to Dr. Marlen, Dr. Tsimis and the entire staff! Which I paid in full at the time. Since then I've been getting a letter periodically saying that I owe them $1100 even after paying the full amount. After a few phone calls, I found out it was for my son's operation because the insurance was only paying for some of it. Which was weird because they had spoken to the insurance company in advance and told me what my portion would be. But I said it's fine and I agreed to pay and PAID. They told me at the time that I'm all set. But nope. I'm still getting letters from them saying I still need to pay. What is going on here???? I'm supposed to go back for implant but I'm going to go somewhere else now because of this ridiculous situation. Everyone stay away!
