I have…read morehad horrible experiences at dentists trying to push unnecessary procedures and lecturing me in dental care every single time. I don't have the best luck with my dental genes and because of it have had many cavities and gum issues. Not once did she lecture me, and even though a cleaning was in the agenda, she was willing to fill in fillings that had fallen out for me because of the pain those missing fillings were causing me. I've lived with the pain for years because dentists told me they wouldn't treat it without gum disease treatment, she took care of me and I left feeling like a brand new woman. For the first time I can have something cold or sweet touch the areas where they were missing without excruciating pain. I left in happy tears! Dr. Julia Igdalev was my dentist for almost the last decade and she was always amazing to talk to. She was always so careful with my teeth and I seriously felt little to no pain at all. The office is clean, they have a nice coffee bar, and lots of off street parking. I've seen 2 hygienists, and both were careful and gentle, and my teeth feel great after visits with them. Dr. Tuzman is patient, kind, gentle, and understanding of my anxiety around dental procedures. On the first visit he reviewed options to assist with the anxiety and has been willing to adjust what we do for it through trial and error. He takes his time and tells you exactly what he's doing, which is really helpful. He reviewed the X-rays with me, showed me exactly what was going on and why he needed to treat the issues seen. I've never felt pushed into doing extra treatments, and the costs are very reasonable. If you have dental anxiety or trauma, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Tuzman.
