After reading some positive reviews on this Allstate Insurance office with agent, Angela Shepherd, I called the office to get a quote. Ms. Shepherd was very cordial and professional on the phone. I gave her all the information she needed and after reviewing everything, she gave me a quote that was much less than I was paying with my previous auto insurance company. Within an hour, I came to the office to bring in the registration for the vehicles, sign the paperwork, and pay the down payment. The Allstate Insurance office is location along Pines Blvd, in the RK Centers plaza behind Firestone. The office offers insurance coverage for auto, home, renters, life, condo, motorcycle, boat, ATV/Rec. vehicle, business, and many more. There are even discounts, if you are eligible, for extra savings. The staff is diverse (Hispanic & Caribbean), professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable on the insurance policies. When I met Ms. Shepherd in person, she took the time to explain to me in detail about my auto insurance. She made feel so comfortable by answering any questions I had. The next day, I brought in the registration for my second vehicle. Ms. Shepherd wasn't in, but another agent, Arriel, was able to add the registration to my policy. She too was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. She helped me set up an account on allstate.com so I can receive notifications on my monthly payments. I am looking forward to my new relationship with Allstate...I do believe I'm in good hands :-)

When you call the office and you ask them to take care of something on your policy, they will not do it in a prompt manner and it will cause your bill to be auto debited twice from your banking account. If you should not be wise and choose to go with this agency, please save yourself and communicate with them in writing via E-MAIL ONLY. The executive office will not back you as a consumer up because you did not put your request in writing. I WAS a long time Allstate customer and now they have lost an exemplary customer because of the bullshit that Ariel me through. Yeah, I said it Ariel Llinas! I am calling you out my your entire government name. I can't believe the level of service that you provided me with.

I had the unfortunate event that my home owners insurance with AVATAR filed for bankruptcy on 3/13/2022 and I had an open claim. With an open claim no insurance company will even give you a quote with the exception of Citizen. Ana Maria went above and beyond to make sure that I completed all necessary inspections, paper work and the application correctly so that I wouldn't have any issues. She held my hand, lend me her shoulder to cry on was more than patient with me with all of my phone calls and questions. Ana Maria is a true human that is not only doing this as her job but she actually cares for you. The end result was positive and Citizen approved our home owners insurance. I couldn't of completed this process with out the knowledge and kindness of Ana Maria and the Just Insurance Brokers. Without a doubt and blindfolded, I highly recommend this company for any of your insurance needs.

When I was getting ready to sell my home agents made numerous errors causing my policy to cancel/ relapse. Thank goodness I noticed the error and reinstated my policy. Fast forward to selling my home, I was told I needed a Vacant Home policy (since I did not have renters on premises), I started a new policy and was told when my home sold I would be reimbursed for the time I paid on my policy if the home sold prior to the end date of policy. Well, it's been 3 months now, all the appropriate paper work (copy of warranty deed/ sale of the property) was completed months ago and I still received my refund.
