Anytime I have a problem with anything whether it's a question or a policy I call over and ask for Mr. Larry Willis. Mr. Willis has always been there for me ever since I took out my first policy back in 2010. I've opened 2 other policies with Annette Willis Insurance and wouldn't think of using anyone else. The secretary on the phone is accommodating and gets you to an associate immediately. Everyone in the office is very competent and capable of handling any of your needs. I'm overly impressed with the professionalism used by every associate as well. I highly recommend taking out any insurance policy with Annette Willis Insurance. After over 30 years buying insurance through these people they first said they could not have told me I'd be covered in Ireland (I doublechecked!) ...and then when Metlife said they'd cover me ANYway if the agent said I was covered, the agent changed her story to remembering having definitely telling me I was NOT covered. Nutty because I called to see if I needed supplemental, she said no, I said are you SURE, because I can get some and she said no you're covered! Anyway...no loyalty, no ethics. I have been trying to rewrite my property insurance policies with this agency for 2 years now. They can't grab their behind with both hands, if you paid them. Customer Service? Excellent? What a joke! They have cost me thousands of dollars $$ with their incompetence. Cancelling the wrong policy, not following up on the putting new policies in place. You name it. I spent no less than a hundred hours in their office trying to get their screw-ups fixed. And the attitude of one of the owners is too bad, so sad. Bottom-line: Ever since Scott Willis (owner) took over the company from the mom the service has gone down and down each year. My wife and I moved our last policy of many over today to another agency that actually has agents in an office available to service our needs after being treated extremely poorly over phone today! The few times we have required service for multiple properties we own in over 15 years, today they actually were taking messages only and offering a call back at an undetermined date and time for a simple policy question. Mr. Willis even closed the Pembroke Pines branch and on top of horrible service he expects West Broward policy holders to drive to Miami Gardens apparently. Wow! IMO, its very hard to offer top service with trust worthy agents that are 1 hour drive away that show zero empathy and care over the phone! My advice RUN AWAY from this business with your policy if you take your property seriously and expect Top Rated service. I cant imagine how they handle natural disaster issues if simple policy question 2-3x in 15 years is a tough task to deal with. read more

The WORST customer service in Miami. My co-worker tried to verified insurance, she called every day, the guy who answered the phone put her on hold forever and then hanged up on her. She called the insurance company Nationwide and they sent us the binder in seconds. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!! read more
