I had the pleasure of dealing with Jason who is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only was he able to quote me pricing for over 30 insurance companies in a matter of minutes, but he also went through what I actually needed! Jason didn't try to up-sell me, he asked me a bunch of questions to see if I qualified for any deductions, and sure enough he was able to get me a few deductions my last company didn't even bother telling me I qualified for! Jason was able to get me quotes from main carriers like Progressive to independent companies who are just as good and offer better rates. Or, maybe it is that when I attempt to carefully read insurance policies, I find them to be nearly unfathomable; probably both. Fortunately, however, my dealings have been few as I've only ever had one claim, being some minor automobile damage caused by Hurricane Wilma. However, as insurance agents or agencies go, I found the agents at this Estrella location to be pretty darn good. They're helpful, patient, polite and have taken the time to fully explain to me the details of various insurance policies, what is covered, the amount of coverage, any deductibles from the coverage and most importantly what is not covered. I've also found them to come up with some very competitive prices, good advice and have never attempted overload me with any more coverage than needed. Their offices are rather drab, sterile and Spartan looking, consisting of four office desks and some waiting chairs which are all located within one room. Though everyone can overhear anything being said, I didn't find that to be a problem or consider a drawback.
