I went in with LOW expectations because it's Mexico, a ranch. How good could their Chinese food possibly be?! Well let me say, for this being mexico their Chinese food was delicious. I ordered half spaghetti (their name for chow mein) and orange chicken over a bed of rice. It was more than enough food I didn't even finish it all I had to take almost half of it home. Granted this isn't the BEST Chinese food I've had but for Mexico it hit the spot, even reheated later. They also have Sriracha, my favorite! There is limited seating inside but when I showed up more people were ordering to go rather than eating in. They also deliver. I have to take away one star because service was lacking. The young lady servicing us was a bit rude and bothered if we had a question or whenever we called her over (for the check, boxes, questions over the menu). Overall though the place is definitely worth checking out because I was certain I would not like the Chinese food here since I barely like it from my hometown back in CA. The ranchero was basically jalapeño, bacon, and chorizo. It was the BOMB. Literally all the flavors together = melt in your mouth. I highly recommend getting the ranchero style, you won't regret it. The little bread they also give was yummy. They do take a while in making the pizza so order in time so you aren't starving but the wait is well worth it. The pizza is perfectly made with quality ingredients. Literally all they need to add to their menu to be literally perfect is wings. Wings would have been the perfect addition to this meal. My favorite torta is chorizo but they also sell lomo and avocado. Avocado is added to chorizo or lomo but also sold alone if a person does not eat meat. Loncheria La Guadalupana is located within walking distance of the towns jardin. In the middle of the jardin they sell ice cream, which is a perfect treat after a delicious torta. The tortas are so good I have to eat one there and take one to go for later. Definitely worth checking out if you ever come across this hidden gem. Parking and driving in the area sucks just because it's located on the busiest street (basically the towns highway).
