The crown/roots and all of the rest of my natural hair had been turned an awful brassy strawberry color with the rest left too blonde by another stylist. My natural color had started to grow out as well, which has zero red in it. Ramon did a color correction followed by beautiful highlights and he was very conscious of the fact that my hair had been recently processed so he was very careful with his approach. He also reminded me twice before I left to let him know if any of the color slipped as I mentioned that was an issue for me when I came in - I really appreciated that he was attentive to the issues I know my hair has from years of highlights and processing.
