Towards the end of the night things escalated when my wife made a final request and I attempted to intervene to help her get one of her favorite songs played... which should not be so difficult on her wedding night?? The result was I ended up in a screaming match with the MC as he attempted to refuse the song. This song had no vulgarities or anything else about it that could be seen as offensive. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. Shortly after the altercation, the party came to an abrupt end and everybody filed out. If you are having an event that is important to you, stay clear of this business.

On the day it was to be delivered at 1pm, I received an email from Devon saying my tent was going to be delivered on the day of the event between 1-3. I immediately reached out and spoke with Greg who was dismissive. I told him I needed to get the tent ready and it was hooked several months in advance. He told me coldly that they were booked up and there was nothing he could do. He had no sympathy and no apologies- just a very flat "nothing I can do, are you paying cash or credit?" My planner got a hold of Devon who told her they were busy because they booked a casino night. Again- no regard for someone's special event. With her persistence- he agreed to try to be there the next day before 1- possibly in the morning some time. He said if we find someone else he won't charge the cancellation fee. At 6pm the same day- Devon calls me and says he jumped through hoops to "make me happy" and can have someone deliver it within the next 2 hours. There was no one at that point to decorate. We ultimately canceled with them. I would never book with them again. Fulfilling a commitment on a delivery which was booked months ago wasn't priority because they had a bjgger event and that is not called "jumping through hoops". Greg was rude and dismissive and that was probably the very worse part of the whole experience.

Ray was extremely quick at responding and always accommodated our requests. They created a template for us that was beautiful, and we opted to pay a little extra for their social media package, which allowed for the photos and GIFs (!!) to be sent via SMS to themselves. On the day of the event, Ray and an assistant were present to man our photobooth. Both were professional and attentive - one of the best things was they would count the number of people in each photo and print that number of copies so that everyone was able to take a photo home, without waiting for multiple prints requests. Very efficient! Our wedding guests had a BLAST with Bling Photobooth! So many people commented how fun the photobooth was, and they LOVED the GIFs. The props that Bling Photobooth brought were a fun variety, and everyone from the kids to the older adults had a great time. The photobooth machine is small and sleek, the rose gold sequined backdrop turned out great in the photos, and their machine's lighting is one of the best photobooth lighting I've ever experienced. Everyone looks so good in the photos with the lighting! We received the full file of photos taken throughout the night in original individual photo, templated, and GIF files.
