Just had my daughter's first birthday yesterday and I was recommended Adrenaline Entertainment by another mother and she was right! They offer a mix of great packages, and are extremely helpful and thoughtful. We had 2 hours of entertainment (I previously ordered 1 1-2 hours, and thank goodness they recommended me to increase to 2 hours because of the amount of kids) all the kids were able to get balloon animals, face painting, cotton candy! I had parents texting me the next day how much fun they had! Now about the mascot. You never know what you are going to get or how your child will interact. Super disappointed! Danielle who I believe is the business owner who was great on the phone and super helpful Who helped with the planning of my sons first birthday. We agreed on a safari girl to come and help with entertaining about 30 kids. "Ginny" arrived on time but not the Safari girl I had expected. she was an amazing face painter which is what she spent most of her time on. There was a long line for her face painting. And no entertainment during that time. This is something I brought up to Danielle suggesting that maybe two entertainers would be a better idea. But was assured it'll be fine. When it was time for games and the piñata she used a sorry excuse for a speaker that was almost embarrassing! And couldn't get the kids attention cause no one could hear her. She wasn't the energetic kids entertainer I had envisioned This was something I was concerned about even before the party and had asked Danielle if I should purchase my own speaker but I was assured that she would have her own speaker. We hired a company Party Stars booked for my Twin Granddaughter's Communion Party They CANCELED TWO DAYS BEFORE THE PARTY! Who does that Party Stars that's who. I tried calling them by blocking my number and making like I was interested in hiring them. The date I used was the same date they canceled my Party. Ashley who is the owner's daughter said that the date was good they just need to figure out the time. I told them ill call them Back. You can imagine how pissed I was. I called them Back without blocking my number and told them that I knew they bumped us to make more money. They insisted that it was not true that their three workers walked out. I said how do you run a business with only three workers. I told them that I knew you bumped us to make more money and explained what I just did. Long story short the other companies I called and I said the people I hired just canceled. Everyone I spoke to guessed the company. I said how do you know that. Their reply was we get calls all the time about them canceling last minute. My advice is STAY AWAY FROM PARTY STARS!!! Danielle from Adrenaline helped with the names of other entertainment companies. My 3 year old son had his birthday party today. He is non verbal and autistic. I wasn't sure how he would react but I got the puppet show and then the face painting, tattoos, balloons, and dancing. He was mesmerized by the puppet show. He didn't move away. I cried watching how happy and engaged he was. It was better than anything I ever anticipated. The girls were amazing. Adrenaline was great with communication, booking and confirmation as well. Elsa arrived right on time. She did a great job of gathering the kids and starting her show. We hired "princess anna" for our oldest daughter's 5th birthday party. She was a huge hit. She was energetic and very good with the kids who just loved singing, dancing and playing. Such a fantastic entertainer for children. My daughter had her 3rd birthday today and I'm in shock bc it was amazing! It was fun, all the kids danced, participated, and truly enjoyed themselves.
