After placing it, I reached out multiple times for updates, but only received automated responses--no real customer support ever followed up with me. I received 3 shirts and only 1 was wearable! They were all the same size yet none fit the same! The first one the print looked nothing like what I ordered, the 2nd was the one that fit. The last one I received was 3 inch's longer in the back and came to my knees. I spent days trying to connect to support and to this day have yet to get a response! I have been trying to get this cancelled but cannot contact anyone by email or phone and cannot find any place on their site to unsubscribe from this. Great company. This is our second time ordering from them. Both times, the lighted Jesus statue. Good product. Very happy with service and product. The tshirts I did get weren't all that soft, and the neck opening is quite small...so was the overall sizing of the shirt. I contacted them the day the order arrived to get returned instructions. Almost 2 months later, I'm still waiting! Since they won't take them back now, I've donated the shirts. A month after my first fiasco, I get 2 more packages from them. I didn't order anything more! I wanted to return the shirts I already got! Turns out, when a person places an innocent order, they also get signed up for a monthly subscription of random shirts sent. I DO NOT want this! So frustrating! Now, I have more shirts that they think I'm going to keep! I refused the packages and have disputed the charges on my credit card. This isn't a very nice way to do business. I ordered 2 shirts on 2/27/26. I received them 3/9/26. They are both too big. I sent an email requesting exchange on 3/14/26 because their live chat said they weren't available, I tried to live chat on 3/17/26 and again on 3/20/26 and again on 3/31/26. I've yet to hear back and find this HORRIBLE customer service and am embarrassed as a Christian that this is their standard practice. All you need is Patience. I almost cancelled my order based on these panicked reviewers and I let myself have a few minutes to cool down. I knew the odds were in my favor. 1. If they were purposely not fulfilling orders, I could dispute the charge with my credit card company. 2. There was no pressure to get it by a specific date 3. The website clearly says they're backed up by 2 weeks. I even confirmed this with an email and once I received a response, I was instantly easy going about the situation. Summary-It's NOT a scam. This happened twice. l didn't like nor would l even give away. I couldn't find a phone number for them. I went to their web site it has a place to click on for "contact us" but it only gave a name and no address or phone number. I did find a chat where l gave my phone number and said call me. Then was told l would get a response within 15 minutes. I received an email from them asking what the issue was. I explained and again the message was the same. I would get a response in 15 minutes. I didn't get any response. I looked at my credit card information, and they had put me on a permanent subscription! This is a fraudulent company. No way to even connect with a human being. It did take a little longer than I expected to receive my order, but all within reason and the quality of the shirts is really good. They are a cotton-polyester blend, which makes them very soft. The price is hard to beat, too. I keep getting ads from them, perhaps a lityle excessive, but I would order from them again. read more

I order 5 t-shirts that I like very well but I need a larger size on them. I have submitted a request for the exchanges by email, phone, and the online form and no one has reached out to me in the last four days. I'm very disappointed with this company because of this inability to contact and speak to someone. I have a second order coming to me and I will have the same problem. Another thing that consumers should be aware of is the return policy. Returns cannot be tried on as their policy states it must be in the original package, same condition that you received it and it can not be worn or used which does not make sense to me. A person has to try on the shirt to ensure it fits so this policy is not reasonable. Also, you have to pay for your own return shipping. Most likely after I get my t-shirts exchange, I will not purchase any more shirts from this company because of their poor customer service practices and return policy. This company needs to do better to respond to consumers questions or problem with their products. read more

I have order several tee shirts from this company and have not had any problems until now. I received an email stating that they were mailing a new tee shirt that I did not order or authorize them to charge my credit card. When I emailed to find out what was going on I received an email from Brittany that she would look into. After her reply I sent a email to her and received a reply from Macy. When I replied to Macy she never replied, so I sent two other emails and still have not heard from anyone. I told them to never send me another shirt or charge my credit card. I AM DONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CO. So disappointed! I really liked the shirts I personally ordered. I did not like the one they were going to mail me..
