Nadeau has a zero return policy, and took no responsibility for this and asked that I try to negotiate with the driver who promptly denied any wrongdoing. I called a second time and they said they'd check with the management again and yet again they never contacted me. The furniture is fine but I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with a place that drops the ball and is content sticking a customer with full priced broken furniture. Good concept but poorly operated.

They are cracking and literally peeling all over. Maybe it's my fault for thinking a $300+ chair would be real leather. These pictures are just one of many spots on 6 different chairs. They gave us options on the timing, communicated well, and the guys who delivered it were absolutely top notch. They gave me a heads up when they were 15 minutes out, arrived within their window, brought it upstairs without complaint, assembled it extremely quickly, and cleaned up all their trash.

Very disappointing experience after 25+ years as a loyal customer…read more I spent hours in the store buying a couch and was only told it was "discontinued." Afterward, I found many negative reviews about that model (including BBB complaints). I contacted them the next morning (not even 24 hours later) asking to cancel or exchange--even offering to spend more--but they refused due to an "as-is" policy. If a product has known issues, that should be disclosed upfront. Failing to do so is deceptive, I wasn't trying to return and walk away--I was willing to buy something else--but they wouldn't work with me at all. When they sell furniture there that has been discontinued it is probably has nothing to do with the manufacturer not making it anymore, it is because there were reported problems with it. BUYER BEWARE!!
