Afterward, I found many negative reviews about that model (including BBB complaints). I contacted them the next morning (not even 24 hours later) asking to cancel or exchange--even offering to spend more--but they refused due to an "as-is" policy. If a product has known issues, that should be disclosed upfront. Failing to do so is deceptive, I wasn't trying to return and walk away--I was willing to buy something else--but they wouldn't work with me at all. When they sell furniture there that has been discontinued it is probably has nothing to do with the manufacturer not making it anymore, it is because there were reported problems with it. BUYER BEWARE!!
