My massage therapist, Jake, was fantastic, very considerate and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxing. My fiancé was satisfied with his massage as well. However, when I tipped $25 for both of us on a $100 bill ($104 after paying with card), the cashier lady gave me this awkward laugh and asked, "Are you paying for both?" She was giving off such a weird vibe, almost as if I wasn't tipping enough. Then she started talking to the other male staff in Chinese, most likely explaining the situation. God knows what she was saying, but it completely killed the relaxing vibe. People need to understand that if you want customers to come back, it's not just about the actual massage. It's the whole experience, including customer service. You can have an amazing massage, but one uncomfortable interaction at the end can completely change how someone feels about the entire visit.

She did not tell me beforehand and 2. You should have given me the towel in the first place when you left to let me change Then she proceeded to massage me with the door wide open and a man comes in and they have a conversation. Normally I don't care about this but the door was open and I was exposed. After, she leaves me attend to this man for 5 minutes and I only booked a 30 min massage (40 + 10 tip + 2 cc fee) And the massage itself....absolutely horrendous and haphazard. No technique whatsoever. She also was NOT consistent about doing BOTH sides of the body. Painful even when I told her to adjust the pressure and literally not a massage just her poking really hard and scratching my head quite furiously. This was NOT a deep tissue or Chinese massage at all. It was just her doing random things on some parts of my body. Dry massage, no oil (which is fine but she didn't say. Cracked my neck and back without asking. She as also raising her voice when she was cracking my neck she would say RELAX RELAX! Ummm hello how can I relax when you are literally yelling at me and cracking my neck without telling me what you're through. I left more stressed than I came in. I'm happy I don't ever have to go back here again - so many better choices around!!!!!
