After telling him she wasn't available until later, she then said "okay, just come in," and switched my masseuse for the last hour of my appointment. The second girl was terrible. I don't mind talking if the massage is actually good, but this wasn't a massage at all. She was basically just shaking me and lightly caressing me the entire time. I asked for harder and stronger pressure multiple times and she never adjusted. I was extremely frustrated. To make things worse, she ended my massage 10 minutes early.
