This place makes you feel so comfortable, everyone that works there are so personable and outgoing. I travel 50 minutes, because of how they treat there customers and there supply. They also run certain sales on different products, which is worth it. I order online, so when I get there, I just have to give them my medical card, and the most I ever had to wait was 5-10 minutes for my order. read more

My last trip I left feeling kind of humiliated which is a first for me in bad customer service. Placed an order online and when I went to pick up, there was a staff member standing at the door making a "cut throat" gesture implying the dispensary was closed. The person said they closed at 6 due to the weather. The weather was fine. It had just lightly snowed and had already melted. And there were people inside waiting to be called. I asked if it mattered that I had an online order. The person seemed annoyed and said I'll have to come back tomorrow. The staff member turns to the people inside and says something as the door closes and I watch the entire waiting area look over at me in my car and they laughed. I felt so embarrassed but I didn't do anything. Just wanted my stuff damn. Also there was someone parked in the car next to me hysterical crying who had also been speaking with the staff member watching the entrance door. This occurred around 6:45pm. Good thing there are other dispensaries in the area who are so kind to you when you go in. Disappointed but we all have our bad days I guess. read more

Just a couple things. They don't have the variety of the other dispensaries in the area. They're also more expensive than most of the other dispensaries. My main issue is that they scam you. So a few days before your card expires. Before. You won't be able to use the card. Even though it's not yet expired. But they will let you use the card that isn't expired if you pay them 50 dollars. So if your card expires next week you can pay them off to use it for a week. But once the date is past , even though you paid , you are currently waiting for the card to arrive you can't use it. So you can use it if you pay them more money but if you're paid up and haven't received your card yet you're screwed. So get your medicine because they will shut your meds off regardless of payment regardless of status with the state. I thought people needed medicine. Scam. I'm not gonna renew again. I was but not now. I can get weed cheaper from my boy and he won't turn me away because of a date on a card. read more

Mission is for the most part a great dispensary..My only issue is the lack of flower...Some days they have 5 or 6 differant strains but you need to order as soon as it comes up online or you'll miss out ...The curbside pickup is kinda a pain but its all any can do during this pandemic..They are doing the best they can...All the staff has been great and very friendly and helpfull....My only complaint is their flower selection or lack there of....But will be going back..O and they give a 20% discount for disability recipients and they give ya back the $ your dr. cost for your medical card $20 per visit which is great if your like most that paid the $200 for dr.... read more

Ok I really liked this dispensary they allowed discounts for seniors and disabled. The staff is really friendly and helpful however, I attempted to return a faulty product because it leaked out. I originally sent a text when they sent me a support group message then called them during the week to explain. In the past I had had faulty vape pens which I was reimbursed. Now this time the woman said, there is no evidence. The evidence is the oil is gone and well I suffer from mental health issues and medical which makes it difficult at times to recall how it went down with my cognitive disorder. My friend reminded me it leaked out onto her when I said the oil is just about gone. So now there is I need pictures to proof faulty pens. Well here is an idea stop selling faulty malfunctioning product. I will not be returning here. read more

Mission Allentown is hands down the best dispensary I have ever experienced. Very relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are always friendly as soon as you walk in. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to work with you to not only help you find what is perfect for you, but also explain why. I thought the staff was wonderful until they sold me a broken cartridge then refused to take it back. I live almost 2 hours away and just had brain surgery, no I can't just go home and get the receipt or package and I just bought it only a few days ago. Customer service is great. The problem with mission is the person ordering the products. They must have a relationship with Illera, because that's the primary line they have Illera is the worst grower by far. I always look at missions menu but they just dont have the product i need. I also get discounts at other places at times. read more
