She's been to a bunch of studios and this is her one and only go to place now. It's a clean, beautiful, nicely decorated, relaxing atmosphere. You can work at your own pace in any class and they also have mixed level flow, yin, advanced classes,, gentle flow, slow flow and Kundalini classes. I have no idea what Kundalini is.
