The place was a little chaotic with different tattoo artists in one place attending to their own customers/clients. There is, however, 2 people that would welcome and direct you where to go and that's very helpful. The person who did my piercing was very friendly and made sure to explain the process before, during and after (e.g. how to take care of my piercing so it heals properly). A couple of weeks later from the time I got my ear pierced, it got so swollen that my skin swallowed the stud and I had to pull it out last night. It might be a user error but that was so painful and I would not want to put myself through that pain again. LOL!

Came back tonight to get a tattoo I've been wanting for some time (the Sawyer S) and that super nice guy from the other day saw to it that it was tattooed on me! I had originally wanted some black S with an oval around it, all black, just lines. Nothing more, nothing less. He went above and beyond. He gave me a nice size, shading to make it look 3D, it wasn't some line work like I had planned on, it's an actual piece! And the price! Made sure he got a nice tip for his time and talent and delivering a way better tattoo than what I had originally gone in for!
