The…read morefront desk was wonderful in handling reservations and the driver was awesome enough to wait for me for 45 minutes on a hot day because I was delayed at my business meeting! I would say the only thing that I think either all of their shuttles should have is a decal with their service on it or the front desk should give us the driver's name & license plate numbers so we know whom to look for. It looks like the bigger shuttles have the decal, but I had a private sedan and it didn't include those things, and it is shady for a random car to show up and claim to be the shuttle driver. I explained that my sister would be needing the same time pick up (same location) in a few days on Saturday and would be calling.
