They were divided to comply, and thought it was terrific. They went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The visitation was elegant. Everyone who walked in the door was greeted with a mini water bottle (it was in the 90's outside), and they were directed to us. Tammy created an absolutely beautiful memorial video with my mothers pictures, and people stayed in the room watching it some times three and four times. There was a very comfortable couch and several chairs in that room. In addition there were couches and chairs in the lobby just outside where it was very comfortable to sit and chat. The day of the funeral, they met all of our expectations, when I gave them my mothers song she wanted in the wrong format, they figured it out so that it could be played at the funeral. I didn't have to do a thing. We had a very intimate crowd and had a relatively short service, but throughout, everything was handled with absolute class. Tammy gave us a bag that had extras of the service folder she had made that they gave to people when they came to the visitation, some bookmarks that she had made with my mom's face on them, a flash drive with the memorial video so that we were able to make CDs for every family member that wanted one, two boxes of thank you cards, and some other items. It's absolutely a class organization. Also, we came in without a high budget, and they came in under budget. We couldn't be more grateful.

I think I'd say they had so many answers to our questions and help with what we called them the Funeral Event Planners. We had an issue with our washer. Whirlpool sent out a company from Tulsa. The no call/no showed and…read moreonly communicate by text. I called around and spoke with Eva who is apparently the owner's wife. She was very helpful and told me what to do to get Whirlpool to send her husband out. When Chuck got here he started my washer and had the problem figured out in less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately the problem was the computer board and Chuck did not have one with him. We did have to wait a week to get the part in and for him to come back but we live 45 minutes away and he only comes this way one day a week which is understandable. Overall I am very happy with how helpful they both were and that my washer is now working perfectly.
