Rarely take a cab, but 12 in. of snow forced it. Pickup was ok...went to wrong street but got to me only a couple of minutes late. Pickup was another story. 12:30 am pickup didn't happen until 2 am. Stood outside since work had closed....freezing. 3 calls telling me they were on their way. Since they were the only one running, couldn't be choosy. read more

Excellent service. Driver was kind and professional. He made some suggestions of places we should visit during our trip and explained where we were on the way so I didn't need to ask. That was helpful to familiarize the area. It was great to be offered a snack after a long flight. The cab was clean and he was a safe driver. I'd definitely use Muscle Arm again and recommend them. They save people money and offer snacks and beverage, what more could you ask for? I have taken other taxis and one driver had foul breath odor, one was speeding on the freeway and another was very grumpy so I wouldn't ride with them if possible. read more

I have taken Muscle Arm Taxi from the airport and it worked out fine, they provide free drinks and snacks and have reasonable prices. That being said, the first time I rode with them the Prius reeked of cigarettes and the last time I was at the airport their taxi driver creeped me out. I had a taxi from a different company reserved and the Muscle Taxi driver would not quit heckling me about my taxi. He repeatedly made inappropriate comments about other taxi drivers and would not quit asking me about my wait. I was extremely uncomfortable with his behavior and would not recommend taking taxi rides with them alone. read more

I made a reservation with Eugene Airport Taxi less than 24 hours prior, for a 2:30 AM pickup. Edward was actually early, a wonderful driver and a great conversationalist. Unfortunately, the total cost was a little bit higher than I expected, which I couldn't really figure in advance because their rates are posted nowhere on their website. Still, I had wonderful service, and that really counts for a lot. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. read more

We booked an early morning cab ride to the Eugene Airport the day before we were to leave. The person we spoke with carefully took down all the necessary information. The cab was to be there between 4:45 and 5 am in order for us to make our 6:40 flight. (We are about 15 min. From the airport.) No one showed. We started calling a little before 5. "Oh, the cab is on its way." Five minutes later we call again and now are told that the driver didn't show up for work, plus they didn't even seem to have the correct address. We cancelled the cab, threw our stuff in our car and sped off to the airport. Luckily, even though we had to park far away from the terminal, we made our flight in time. BUT, when we return we will be facing a $216 parking bill!! All because of this poorly run cab company. This is why UBER and LYFT are so popular! read more

My friend and I shared a taxi from the airport together (she lives 3 blocks from me) and the driver said he could charge us as two different transactions to make it easy to split the bill. The bill was up to almost $30 by the time we got to her house and then continued to climb until we got to mine when he then said that we both would be charged this full final amount since he had had to make two stops. This was far more expensive than other cabs and honestly seemed like kind of a scam, plus the Prius reeked of cigarettes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. read more
