His authenticity and local roots immediately stood out. We first called Eric because our front door had been sticking and sagging for months -- maybe a year. He explained that there was a 1 1/2-hour minimum charge and suggested we make a list of other small projects to fill that time. That "little list" grew quickly -- and by the end, Eric and his team had transformed our home far beyond what we imagined. Here's just part of what they accomplished: Permanently secured our garage garden tool organizer and built custom garage shelving that perfectly fulfilled and exceeded my original request. Fixed our heavy front door, which now opens and closes effortlessly. Replaced nine exterior LED lanterns, choosing new fixtures with integrated bulbs for long-term reliability. Replaced our sliding door screen and updated all shower and faucet fixtures in our master bathroom. Rehung our large glass shower door and custom-painted the hinges to match the new bathroom fixture color using a special metallic paint that will hold up beautifully to water exposure.
