It wasn't too crowded and I had plenty of room to do my thing. The part that wasn't my favorite... was everything was operated using a specific card from this place. You have to load it with money, no coins, and no credit cards will operate the machines. You cannot get money back off the card if you don't use it all. Some people might like this system, but its not my thing. I had to get help several times because the card wouldn't work. Other than that, it was a nice place and close to gas, food, banking, and 360 highway.

In their email, they stated there was a local laundromat about 5 minutes away in the Kroger lot. So off I went. They have 3 different size machines (Large-$5.50/load, Medium-$4.50/load, Small-$2.50/load) I didn't realize they had the small load washers because they are cleverly put on the back side of the rows facing away from the door, so I used a medium when a small machine would definitely have been enough. I get it though; business 101. Dryers are .25c/10minutes I think. The place itself seemed pretty clean and I was there on a Monday around 7-7:30 (they open at 7A) and only a couple people were there.

You have all these machines running, kicking out heat, but you keep the a/c off and it is over 90 degrees in the place! That's ridiculous considering what we pay to use the machines now. It's bad enough having nothing to even watch except the people, but to be sweating like crazy at the same time is too much. I often see the attendant walking around wiping down machines, picking up trash and checking the bathrooms. There's a vending machine with detergent and fabric softeners sheets but I've ran to the Kroger next door which was very convenient. I also like that the machines take cards and not just quarters.
