I called 10 mins before opening and Desiree answered like she was miserable to work there. I Simple's asked if a gram of the weed I would like to get was in stock. Her response was "we're closed right now" when I asked if that ment she couldn't look she responded again with were "were closed right now" this place is over priced and has the worst people working here! Compared to all the options around here this place is just the absolute worst. I walked in and let the guy know what I was looking for and he stopped me mid sentence to demand my id. I get that you need an id to be here but you could ask nicely, the rudeness irritated me before we even started off. I was told that if a cartridge was defective you could return them with the receipt and the packaging but they wouldn't accept my return. I tried the cartridge on four different batteries but they said because it was getting a reading on their little stupid cartridge detector they wouldn't honor the return. Them not honoring my return solidifies the fact that I won't ever purchase from you again. Also they cycle products so frequently that when you finally find something you like they don't have it next time or stop carrying it. The kushery has such better customer service and frankly are a lot less rude and honor their policies. Will be going there from now on read more

I was in here a couple weeks ago. I was at the counter buying some items when a lady came in and the girl stopped helping me to scold the women saying "next time have your mask completely on before opening the door " as I'm watching her have this interaction I look back in the office room and there is a guy sitting back there with his mask hanging off one ear and another employee talking to him right next to his face. The hypocrisy! I guess it's do as I say here not as I do. The lady left as I'm sure they lost that customer. I will also try and find my items at another store. I decided to look for a new shop that was closer to where I live, so I tried Euphorium in Woodinville. I ended up going there 4-5 times, but ended up going somewhere else based on a lot of the same reasons others have mentioned: - the parking lot SUCKS. tons of potholes and, now, the auto dealer next door has blocked off his side of the lot, so there's only one entrance in/out and you have to go North on HWY 9 and then make a u-turn if you need to go South... - staff was meh. they were never really rude, but they also didn't really seem like they wanted to help anyone. - the smell... it was always there. - prices were average. I've seen better, but also WAY worse... I wanted to like this shop, but there are just too many issues. I won't go back again... read more

I had purchased 2 grams of this went home to smoke it and felt like I was having a heart attack my heart was racing... when I went back to ask if I could exchange one of the grams (obviously the unopened one) they basically told me sorry your shit out of luck so now I'm stuck with 2 grams of oil that I will not smoke and out $80. First thing first Gilly is the best bud tender in the state! Ive had multiple interactions with Dillion who is very disrespectful and condescending. He will not give me a medical discount unless I buy a 1/2oz or more. Ive had other bud tenders give me a medical discount on a gram! I will not buy anything and will probably go to other cannabis retail locations, (they're everywhere now). Dillion wants to get into arguments and act like I have no knowledge about cannabis. Im a disabled veteran and use cannabis as my primary medication for my symptoms. But when he doesn't want to give me a discount because he thinks I'm not buying enough is a bad business model. I spend 300-500 a month at this locations. If it was a standard all the way across I would understand but when he makes it his personal choice to decline my medical endorsement makes me very angry and now I will make it my personal choice to inform customers and upper management about his actions to decline my medical endorsement. read more

They carry multiple of my favorite strains including dabs This store is just amazing an I come from Edmonds so that says how amazing they are. Best part is it's all men at this shop, considering the last girl months ago was rude and had a terrible attitude. Out of all the kush shops I've visited this one has had the worst selection. I was trying to buy a single pre roll and they only had 2 options of strains! There were only like 4-5 single preroll options in total otherwise you had to buy a pack of 4. Very small space too and their menu was very badly organized. Didn't say which strain was what type of weed or anything (indica sativa or hybrid) to help decide on what I wanted to get. Won't be coming back and will gladly drive farther to a different store in the future. read more
