Anyone who complains about the parking lot is ridiculous because only one side is difficult and for overflow, the left side of the building is a extremely easy to park in. The vibe inside is the exact same as any other cannabis store. The people behind the counter work as hard as they are paid and I remind myself of that. Being that most of us REAL stoners don't want a conversation it is SO NICE that the budtenders don't hound you the minute you walk through the door as if you're a newbie who doesn't know what they're looking at. Kiona, Sky High, Cannasol, all consistently deliver quality flower. Some reviews mention price as a point of concern - I call BS. Premium green will always cost more than $5 a toxic gram. This lil shop is stocked with top shelf and budget friendly options from farms producing quality cannabis. And they offer daily deals. Theorem has a reliable selection of CBD products to keep pain away. CBD forward strains provide a whole new headspace of productivity. S/O to Raven Grass for their great green. As someone who has been to multiple dispensaries in the area, I can confidently say this one is my favorite. Hours are great, seems well staffed/staff are friendly, and great daily deals. They also seem to try to do a lot on the business/marketing side, there's constantly new marketing material/flyers and such up. Used to come here a lot, as the location is convenient for me but the prices, like few others have mentioned, are way too high. It also seems like anytime a lower priced item is out of stock, it never comes back in stock. I think this might be strategically done, as it's been months since I've seen a certain brand that was cheaper be back in stock at this store. Very disappointing, I now go to Greener Today where the prices are extremely friendly and they also price match. If they do restock the $20-$25 1/8ths and $10-$20 concentrates, I might give this store another shot but as of right now, unless money isn't an issue to you, I would try another store. read more

The guys in here are super nice, and seem pretty knowledgeable about their strains. I wouldn't take any stars away for the staff. What prevents them for getting 5 stars is a few things. Prices are so high here for some reason! Granted some is good quality stuff and worth it, I find the flower to be overpriced. They do have a sale thing where each day is a different thing. Saturday is 15% off top shelf. Parking is also difficult here because there's not many spots, and if it's full there's no real backup. There is an empty building next door but the lot is tiny. Lastly, the lack of edibles. They do carry my favorite chocolate bar, but other than that it's mostly bulk items or none of the more popular items. Convenient for my because I can walk there, but otherwise it can be difficult. read more

This place is conveniently on our way home from work so we've overlooked high prices, poor restocking of their edibles, and small selection of product overall. After my husbands experience today, we will never go to this shop again. We wanted to purchase CBD oil in addition to our normal edibles and bud. They gave him a box and he didn't look too hard at it because he trusted them. When we got home we realized it's bacon flavored CBD oil marketed to cats and dogs. If I didn't think the flavor would be awful tasting I would have just kept it because really, what's the difference. So he drove right back and saw the guy that sold it to him, the guy apologized and asked who I assume was the manager how to exchange it. The manager said what's the difference - husband said it's bacon flavored (we love real bacon, bacon flavored CBD oil makes me gag at the thought). Then the manager asked for a receipt. Husband told him they didn't give him one. Besides he paid cash and was just in there. Needless to say, husband told them to keep it and just left. Worst customer service I've had in a while and worst yet, it was obviously a member of management that gave it. Get your act together - there are too many pot shops around here to put up with senselessly poor customer service. read more

Got myself a nice cart, was told I can return or exchange for a new one if anything was defective in the next 7 days. Next day I had tried it, and after a couple normal hits it burns, burnt so much that you can barley taste any concentrate. The battery I use has never burnt any cart, even after multiple 10 second hits. So I was very confused on how this was possible and decided to go to the store for a return since it was not useable. I had brought receipt and the cart, but not the packaging because I had cut it up into many pieces, decided not worth bringing. Was told that returns were only for defective products, and I expected that a burnt cart (barley used) would be defective. Wrong. Left with a useless cart and burnt on cash. I'm annoyed that I was deceived and wasted my time going there. Herbal nation has better pricing and better sales, will be going there next time. SAD! read more

Very strange layout of this store. Too many staff members (approximately 10) on the floor during my visit making the establishment seem crowded and stuffy. Friendly counter staff, though not very knowledgeable. Small selection of flower, very small. So small that I was unable to purchase. Huge selection of edibles for those of you willing to pay $1 per mg (standard edible pricing in this state). May consider revisiting in a few months. read more

Parking is annoying....but the staff are pretty friendly. They have decent product knowledge, although they do try and up sell quite a bit. Really just depends on who you talk to.....they're really strict about carding people and showing ID numerous times......and the prices are a bit higher since there's no competition in Kenmore. The prices are almost *always* higher than all the other stores nearby, and worse, every time I've been in there they insist I take my ID out of my wallet so so they can scan it into their database. This is something I DO NOT WANT (and if you're smart, you don't want that either). I'm almost 60 so it's *not* like I look underage. NONE of the other weed stores I've been to scan my ID or or ask that I take it out of my wallet. So I'm crossing Theorem off my go-to list forever. Parking is also inconvenient and if you miss the turn, too bad- it'll take you 10 minutes to go down the highway, wait for the light, turn around, come back, wait for another light, turn around again, and hope you don't miss the turn again. TD,DR: This place makes a permanent copy of your ID or license, is too expensive, and also has terrible parking/access. read more
