I am 43 years old and I have done every diet, used every diet pill, ordered tons of get fit fast gadgets and tried the traditional gym membership. Nothing has worked except Eupraxia. I vowed that 2011 was going to be my last "fat" year, so when I heard about Eupraxia, an 8 week fitness program, I knew I had to try it. (You can also join as an alumni after the 8 week program) I'm not really a workout kind of person, but this is actually really fun and motivating. Everyday is a different workout; kettle bells, kickboxing, upper/lower body, etc. so it doesn't get routine. What I love about this place is that they push you to try harder each day. There are people of all ages and fitness levels as well, so it's a very non-intimidating setting. Along with the workouts, they also teach you how to eat healthy. Dr. Steve explains the science along with the why's and how's of eating healthy. I have really been enjoying myself at Eupraxia and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get into shape and live a healthier lifestyle. I joined Eupraxia when the facility first opened. I seen a lot of changes in my body right away. It was tough at first but once I got over the hump of soreness from being out of shape, the workouts became more fun. My favorite things about Eupraxia are the kettle bell workouts, nutritional information, wide range of times to workout and support/motivation from staff. Steve is a really great motivator. He is very knowledgable and helpful when it comes to being a healthy fit person. I have learned so much about nutrition and changed my whole life style because of Eupraxia! My workout needed something different. I had been cross training as a triathlete and long distance runner. I no longer had the time to commit to an hour+ per day for workouts. I was excited to see the variety of kettle bells, kick boxing and circuit training. The variety and challenge of each work out give me the overall fitness I wasn't getting with my previous training. I have been sedentary for several years, then I had my knees replaced and was even less active. I saw the ad in the local paper for Eupraxia. I called and asked many questions and decided to give it a try. Eleven weeks later I am feeling better and loving the workouts. I saw my knee surgeon the other day and he was very happy with my range of motion in my knees and he said that I was on the right path, to keep it up. I've been a member at different workout places and with different groups. Eupraxia is by far the best experience I've had! I love the workouts; the trainers are awesome; and I especially enjoy the fact that I'm working out in a group. That pushes me to work harder and I enjoy the group feeling! A great workout for all ages - from 20 years to 60+ years of age, men and women alike. I truly get a "kick butt" workout and they teach everyone how to eat healthy.
