I brought this up with the management however I was told that this is how they will run the place. I would rather go to a place which has warm-up and stretching built into the instructed run exercise time. This place is run by a chiropractor who consider himself a doctor, a scientist and a nutrition specialist however he is a vaccine denier and preach to eliminate nuts from the diet. He sends out articles via email with his jaw dropping ignorant pseudoscience crazy theories about fish oil, probiotics and multivitamins. Being a GI doctor I have a certain level of competence in nutrition and probiotics and I always found this guy's ignorant and misleading spin on these topics appalling and dangerous.

The same old empty body wash towels & people's personal discarded garbage stays on the floor / shower area for days on end without being picked up or cleaned up & there has been personal locks on the same lockers for months now (which supposedly isn't allowed) The equipment is starting to age now, which is to be expected but no "real" maintenance gets done to anything except maybe to swiffer dust them. All the young staff I feel are well-trained and very friendly. But today, 6/9 AM, a new gal was a life guard she sat on the bench waiting with her friend to get a lane for laps A young man was on the guard chair. She sat for a while with her friend on the bench and was on her phone, looking down and not at the pool at all. She climbed up the second guard chair when exercise class started and ate a cookie it did not look good! I hate to complain but when anyone is in pool and they are on deck full attention should be on pool. TY
