I've noticed as the weekdays go on the bakery doesn't stay as stocked with the bagels, but the donut selection is always chock full with a wide selection. (The frosted sprinkle ones are my favorite.) I have to say that there's one cashier who works in the mornings who is the definition of great customer service. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful which is perfect for the morning shift and greeting folks who are going about their day. I wish some of the other cashiers that are scheduled that early--and even earlier--had that same kind of pleasant demeanor. Who knows, maybe that's why they're scheduled when there's hardly any customers. Otherwise, the prices here are again, what you'd expect from a Super Saver. They have good deals depending on what you're looking for, and it's convenient if you work in that area and need something quick or want to make a longer grocery stop.

They are probably busy and im the process of stocking when we were there. I was very excited to find horlicks- asian malted milk drink. Saw two that were not placed where it should Me being overly cautious i checked the expiry date. And it appears it was misplaced as it was expired. Organization of the snacks were pretty neat and tidy. Will be back closer to chinese new year to stock up. I enjoyed perusing.

Don't be surprised if you do not know the names of many of the products you may see on the shelf. But if there is anything you are looking for, the employees can usually help direct you. Store is clean but the aisles may feel a little tight due to the store trying to maximize the space. In turn this offers customers a wide range of products. However, due the true pandemic and recent global disturbances, supplies are sometimes disrupted. My particular favorite item to pick up is the packaged fish snacks. It connects me to my childhood and the rich flavors I grew up with as a child. Try this market out and hopefully you will create memories of your own.

Hey, a$$hole! They do NOT last 3 days. They last 2 days and some change at best. So I tried to do what he said. I had my doc change my prescription, and I have gone into withdrawal every time I have had to change patches this month. They don't last 3 days. They just don't. But this pharmacist doesn't know that for two reasons: he isn't a doctor and he has never had to use opioids to control horrible, wretched, never-ending pain before. So he can take his opinion and shove it where the sun don't shine, as far as I'm concerned. I will NEVER go back to that Hy-Vee for ANY reason ever again.

I came in with the $10 off $25 purchase coupon & she acted annoyed immediately when i handed it to her. Then when I noticed something rang up different from the shelf tag she copped an enormous attitude & told me it didn't matter as I was already getting $10 off. I asked her to check with the manager who was thankfully very kind & adjusted the price and I let him know that it was appreciated. Then as I'm paying she rudely tells me that I was taking advantage of the situation! What?! I told her I did not appreciate her attitude & she sarcastically said she was just reciprocating! So she admitted she was being rude to me on purpose! Then when I asked her about stamping the green stamp paper she said very aggressively -"definitely not", because she had bagged my stuff & i used a credit card! I had specifically told her I would grab my own box when she was ringing me up and at no point did I tell her to use a bag! I was being so patient with her snarky attitude until that point & then I was done! I told her I wanted to lodge a complaint with the manager & that set her off even more! I could tell the manager didn't really care, he looked tired. No apology for how i was treated, barely any acknowledgement. Beyond disappointing customer service! I have only been in 2 times previously, but this is definitely my last time shopping here! There are too many other stores that I would rather spend my money!
