This agency is AWFUL. I was a community counselor for two years and have an in-depth knowledge of their processes. We have also hosted 3 au pairs through this agency. It is 100% all about money for them. Our Au Pair was dropped off after a 20 hour flight in NY - without her bags, having to wear the same clothes for three days and not given any kind of a stipend. The agency just said "sorry". She was forced to do a three day workshop wearing the same clothes from Africa, having no toothbrush or warm clothing etc. and having to pay out-of-pocket for these items with zero reimbursement. After 9 months of a one year contract, our family moved to a big city that should have had a new counselor available (the state capital!) and we were told that no counselor was available so our Au Pair would be forced to rematch within two weeks. They made zero effort to hire a new community counselor. Their solution? Stay in our current location and have my husband visit on the weekends. We had to choose between losing our au pair or losing my kids dad all week. They were trying to make money off a happily placed au Pair twice by forcing her to rematch with another family who would pay again, and offering us no refund for more than three months left on a prepaid year (thousands!) if we didn't live separate from my husband. Additionally, our Au Pair was allowed to bring two bags from her home country and upon leaving the agency would only let her take one bag home for free. This means she would have to pay $200 just to bring her own belongings back home with her. This was not explained to her before hand. They also wanted to charge $140 to change flight location even though the flight was cheaper. They use a shady travel agency that will not answer the phone or take calls. They are dishonest, and completely unreasonable. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. read more

If you need an au pair for your family, go elsewhere. The local support, in particular, is atrocious. The local counselors are not knowledgeable in areas such as taxes, drivers licenses, or social security cards. We had to find all the "important stuff" out by ourselves, with ZERO support from the agency. This took an incredible amount of time and effort on our part, when this could have been easily covered in the initial class in NYC. The monthly meetings seemed to be purely social gatherings, and the girls were often encouraged to backbite and "share the dirt" on their host families. When issues arose with our au pair, I was essentially told that it was my fault (as the host mom), that I had no idea how to manage a family at 43 years old. Being "schooled" by our twenty-something local advisor was incredibly unprofessional and unhelpful. In our au pair community, girls ran rampant, drinking heavily, partying, driving while intoxicated, and taking advantage of their host families. The local advisor did nothing to teach these girls that their primary job was to WORK here and HELP their host families. Don't hire this agency. Take your funds and run the other way. read more

Disappointing experience. Agency lead is completely unprofessional. Our au pair was an overall a great addition to our family. This was our first year hosting and, when issues came up, initially, I had someone to talk to and help us work through it. However, as our year ended, some things came up and we were left alone to deal with any situations. When I emailed an issue to someone higher up in the agency, named Jo-Ann, she decided to respond to my email and include our au pair in my private email. It is completely inappropriate to divulge an email that was meant for the agency to the au pair. My experience with EurAupair was not good. I am writing this review mainly as a host family, but leaving some input in here as well given by other Au Pairs that I met through the program. Feel free to message me privately with any questions. Happy to help anyone to save money! - Refunds: If your Au Pair leaves, you will NOT get a refund. You will get a credit with EurAupair and you will be given the chance to re-match with a new Au pair. Meaning, if you can't find a suitable candidate you are committed to this agency as they hold your money. - If you are lucky, you will find a suitable Au Pair but be aware: You will need to pay again for her flight and all expenses it takes to bring her to your home. Even if you are not at fault for your previous Au Pair leaving. - Monthly meet ups for the Au Pairs are nonexistent. This includes the time PRE-Covid where the monthly meet ups never occurred. - Coordinators that are connecting with your Au Pairs are volunteers (not paid). They have very limited time next to their full time jobs. If you need help make sure you take that into account as it takes a few days to get help. - Which brings me to my next point: Suitable Au Pairs. It has been brought to my attention that Au Pairs are recycled from family to family. Meaning, some Au Pairs are problematic and ask the agency to get re-matched if they don't like something. This happens over and over again and EurAupair continues to re-match these girls knowing that they are not fit for the program. Another host family reached out to us after their French Au Pair requested her 3rd re-match. I question why the agency allows an Au Pair to rematch that often: Maybe she should have been sent home? If you are unhappy with 3 host families EurAupair should have stepped in and removed this girl from the program. Instead, they keep opening her profile on their portal for families to re-match with her. - Au Pairs request re-matches for no valid reasons. Actual examples of other host families losing their Au Pairs with no support from the agency: 1. Au Pair requested a re-match from her family in upstate NY because she was not allowed to party during COVID. The child she took care of had a heart problem - EurAupair accommodated this and the family lost their childcare. 2. Au Pair requested a re-match from a family in Washington DC because of communication issues. EurAupair allowed this re-match when she should have never been in the program due to her lack of English skills required. This family told us they were left 3 months without an Au Pair. No refund. No help from the agency. 3. Au Pair in NY lived with a family under severe conditions. This girl complained to her coordinator and the agency about her livings conditions, and the agency still allowed a second Au Pair to be matched with that family knowing their unsanitary living standards. The second Au Pair also complained about the unsanitary conditions and left this host family. Again EurAupair was not here to step in as the agency. read more

I assume you are reading this to figure out whether you should use EurAupair for their services as a host family. Perhaps you are reading because you are thinking about becoming an au pair. I'll tell you about my personal horror story as a host father and the extend in which this company is helpful when things get complicated. I have to say, the beginning part was very efficient and easy. They have a robust system to match you with an au pair and collect money. Our au pair arrived in August to take care of our 1 year old son. I will not write a review about the au pair experience here since it is not relevant. Let's just say things were going ok and we were trying to improve the relationship and thinking long term. However it all came to an end in December. As you might have heard, au pairs have a mandatory meetup which apparently they charge the au pairs some amount of money (crazy thinking how little these girls make). For December meetup, the over the top genius coordinator decided that she should take ~30 au pairs taking care of small children to the ice skating ring. When I heard about this I raised some questions as to the inherent risk of the activity especially for a first timer, assuming most of these girls probably haven't done it before. It is unfortunately easy to sell the idea to a ~20 year old girl, they think they will be skating like the olympics before the day end. That was what our au pair thought anyway. Needless to say I received a call around 10pm that night from the coordinator saying that I should come immediately and take our au pair to get some xrays. I wasn't sure how serious the injury was so I hoped she sprained an ankle. I arrived in about 30 minutes to find out that her wrist was completely shattered in 2 pieces. Instead of calling an ambulance to take her to the hospital, the coordinator decided that it is better to make her wait 1 hour there with one of the worst fractures I have seen in my life. My first instinct was to help her, so I got her in the car and drove to the ER. Looking back, this was a blatant attempt from the coordinator to play hot potato as she hasn't driven to the hospital or came back later to check up on her. We spent that night in the ER, me and the au pair, without any help from the company. Next day I started making some calls trying to figure out the situation since both me and my wife work and we needed somebody to take care of our son. I was stuck at the hospital so both of us had to use our days off to figure out the situation. I called the coordinator next day to figure out how to remedy the situation. She offered more or less no help, saying that she was doing this job voluntarily and that for help I should call the area coordinators. After a lot of yelling, she agreed to spend 1 hour of her time at the hospital so that I can go home to get my stuff, the only hour she spent at the hospital. That was the last hour she spent time with our au pair. For the next week, I tried to reach the area coordinator and the region coordinator regarding the issue, trying to learn how to handle the situation. At the same time, I was working on scheduling the surgery for our au pair, handling issues with insurance, hospitals and doctors. I received no call, nothing, from the company during this period. Company completely ghosted. They effectively dumped the au pair's situation onto our laps and let things be. This last part is important for the girls thinking about signing up as au pairs to read as well, if something goes wrong during your time as an au pair with this company, you are on your own. You are at the mercy of your host family and your friends if you have any. Probably non of your friends can realistically help you in this type of situation. After the surgery about couple of weeks into the incident, the region coordinator contacted to see how things are. Later in the call I realized that the only reason why she was calling was to make sure that in case our au pair is not going to perform her job, she would have to leave the country since her visa status is no longer going to be valid. Talking to other au pairs I noticed that they did in fact reach out to one of her friends during the time I was asking for their help, trying to explain the situation that she should leave the country once the surgery is done. They were describing how she can book her tickets back home during the time she was high out of her mind from the pain killers. So their only goal during this time was to kick her out of the country. I don't know how this situation would have panned out with other companies. But my suggestion is to definitely not acquire the services of this company since you would be exposing yourself to great risk, both as a host family and an au pair. tl;dr During my two weeks from hell after our au pair broke her arm at a mandated company event, I received no help from the EurAupair. They dumped her, and later worked to kick her out of the country. read more

No, but our numbers show we are in the 90's percent of successful placements. Personally I am proud of all our families, au pairs and Community Counselors and am sad to read the negative reviews. I have been working as a Community Counselor for EurAupair for the last eight years, and couldn't be happier with the organization. As a CC, I vet the host parents, take my au pairs to special outings once a month, and keep in close touch with both the au pairs and the host parents to make sure everything goes smoothly and we can resolve issues if they arise. It's an enriching program for all concerned. EurAupair has strict rules which follow state guidelines assuring everyone has a wonderful, safe experience. I couldn't be happier with the lovely young women I've met through the program who come to the U.S. to care for children. Wow! Another one star review for EurAuPair. No surprise. tldr; our EurAuPair local rep sent a malicious email to our au pair, telling her we didn't want to work with her any more, which led to her quitting. EurAuPair then charged us almost $2000 when we didn't want to work with them anymore. Avoid EurAuPair! We were in a pinch needing childcare after our selected au pair from another agency couldn't get a visa (from Ukraine), so in a rush we selected EurAuPair. We thought that all the agencies were mostly the same, and since EurAuPair charged a little bit more, then maybe they were a little better? WRONG. They charged more because they are MONEY-FOCUSED not customer-focused. After 18 months, our au pair was getting burnt out. She was studying for her driver's exam, TOEFL, and applying to grad school. We told our coordinator, who did "conflict management" with us. We bumped it up to the area coordinator, who said the "conflict management" was good enough. When I tried to explain that it wasn't a conflict between us and the au pair, and I outlined how and why our au pair was having trouble, the area coordinator forwarded our email to the au pair and told her that we "didn't want to work with her anymore." Well, she was obviously upset to receive such an email when she was already having trouble, so at the prompting of EurAuPair, she decided rematching would be the best idea. Obviously we were not happy with this situation. When we confronted the area coordinator, she said she "didn't want to communicate with us" anymore, so someone else had to step in an do her job. Because of this poor experience (and breach of contract), we elected not to go with another au pair from EurAuPair, so they've charged us neary $2000 in penalty fees. We tried mediation, and the EurAuPair rep insisted first that the au pair quitting was inevitable and that they just hurried it up, and then that their coordinator had nothing to do with our au pair quitting. This is in spite of 100% conclusive evidence that the coordinator caused her to quit. We've tried other solutions, so we're on to the courts now. Wish us luck. Because we certainly wish we hadn't gone with this company. Abysmal. This is unacceptable. There has been no support with this process. In speaking with other families from other agencies I am extremely disappointed in our experience with Eur Au Pair. I was under the impression the nearly 10,000 dollars included some level of support from the agency. To date there is not an outing for the Au pair. We paid for her to receive CPR training.  We paid for domestic flight, although she never attended a meeting in NY. We receive a phone call about her need to have transportation so she can drive around aimlessly in our vehicle without a destination. We have been wait over 7 weeks to hear a single word from the new counselor. I strongly encourage you to find another agency to work with. read more

I would rate zero if I could ! They are simply unprofessional. We submitted to the manager team ( our counselor, the regional manager and the US east coast manager ) the application for our au pair time extension and they did not submitted the request to DOS. Anytime we asked they reassured that all was under control , only delayed because the covid impact! Then we the time if the AuPair was almost over and we never decided the paper we escalated and asked to the executive team in California . At this time only we discovered that the application was never submitted. So now our AuPair has to go hole and we have a huge problem! If you look for a solution with them I simply recommend you to Find another solution because they are not reliable . read more

I am an Au-Pair of EurAuPair and am finishing my SECOND year in the same hostfamily as an AuPair with EurAuPair! I am absolutely amazed by the engagement of the employees. I always had someone listening to me. They were always reliable. They also checked in with my hostfamily every month. Especially my area coordinator Cynthia Vickers was so super supportive every single time I reached out to her. I was always treated with respect and loving which is very meaningful when you're all by yourself far away from home. I am grateful for every single one at EurAuPair making such a great experience possible! I would always choose this agency again. My two years are almost over. I can't believe it. I grew within myself so much, it was worth every little day of homesickness or also disagreement with my family over here. Because of course we don't always have the same opinion. But we all had one in common, the love for the children! To have the right family you get along with is the most important part. EurAuPair does a great job finding those matches. There are So So many positive experiences of us AuPairs. I came to the United States with I think 30 other AuPairs two years ago! As a parent, my job is to keep my child safe. Physically, mentally, and emotionally. My experience with this agency not only cost me a large sum of hard-earned money but also emotionally hurt my four-year-old son. The Aupair that came to my home lasted seven full days and then ran off with a man who picked her up at my doorstep. She gave me excuses, but at the end of the day, that's how it netted out. Why did this hurt my son? I spent three months on zoom calls and text messages with this woman. My son spent time with her on Video before she arrived. I included her in our lives. He helped me set up her room and welcomed her warmly. I invested him in the relationship early on. She abandoned him. She didn't even bother to say goodbye to him. Breaking a child's heart is unforgivable. The agency's response to remedy the situation was to get me another Aupair credit for credit or get a refund and lose 50% of my money. Guess what? I chose to lose 50% of my money. I would never put my son through that again. Be careful when picking this agency. They care about money more than about your family or, more importantly, your children. The agency and their Aupair hustled me. read more

We decided to go with this entity because we thought that it would be the best choice in childcare for us and not many Agencies will provide care in our area. Actually this was the only one, or I wouldn't have signed their repulsive contract. It became clear to us that our Aupair was on a mission to get married to a US citizen, and not take care of our daughter within three months. Very little involvement with family unless it involved us spending money on her, except holidays, she bailed for her very new man and we left her presents under the tree. Like other reviews, they are not carefully vetted, it's more of a human trafficking organization. As her wedding is approaching the level of care is that of a 15 year old in high-school with a iPhone. We just gave her an extra week of paid vacation so she would have her man pick her up and we could problem solve. When I contacted the Agency the representative gave me a load of garbage, denied sending her response in writing, refused to give me her name, and then had her assistant send a one liner that literally said nothing in smooth sounding words. It's really a scam from a legal perspective. Our daughter was clearly neglected, I am researching legal council to have their sponsorship removed at the federal level. I did not have a good experience with this company as they did not follow their policies which left me without an auapir even after selecting one, filling out the application, and paying their fee. This entire process with this company has been extremely agitating. I received their letter with my au paiirs flight information the day she was to arrive, and NO ONE called or emailed me before that, until I reached out asking what was going on. I have been the one asking about her arrival and where she was in the process this entire time. Dealing with Aupair Care was so much better- I NEVER had to worry or guess anything. If you are looking for an au pair, RUN from EurAupair. My husband and I had twins on the way and a six and four year old.We decided we would need help for the first year of having twins.One year is all we needed.After interviewing several girls online, we chose a girl who had a "controllable" allergy to a type of tree.Our local coordinator was MIA when our AP arrived.We all felt very new to this and had no support from EurAupair.Our coordinator came to our home once to meet our AP and gossiped to me about a neighboring family who has an AP she works with.She told very private things about them, which was quite uncomfortable. She also spoke poorly of my community.A few weeks later, the coordinator quit and the district coordinator called to apologize for her employee "slacking" on her job and quitting.A local coordinator is supposed to do monthly checkins and take the APs on monthly trips to get them acclimated to the area and offer support. (It's in the contract).My AP was very home sick and lonely, and the support of a coordinator and other APs would have significantly helped her.My AP became very ill.She told me she had a severe allergy to birch trees and had her doctor send a note to EurAupair letting them know she needed to relocate to a southern region.EurAupair went in to attack mode.They told me she could still do her job but couldn't go outside.I asked how that was possible with 4 young kids and was told to keep her inside.I was also told to keep my windows closed while she lived with us, so the pollen wouldn't come inside. They treated my AP worse during this time and belittled her and her illness.They had NO APs available in rematch.I had three month old twins and an AP who was ill and no one to replace her.EurAupair told me the only solution was to get a new AP from another country, starting our "year" over again, while waiting at least two months without an AP.The worst part, I would have to pay EurAupair more money toward the agency fee for the additional months this new AP would be with me!I didn't even want a new person to stay with us past one year, but now I had to pay them for it! It was a complete scam.They had no one available for the time stated in our contract and refused to give me my agency fees back so I could find a new AP able to work the remainder of time needed.They were so hostile and vicious, it left both me and my AP with nothing to do but try to make it work.By the spring, her eyes were swollen and she was was lethargic and unable to do her job.When I called the regional coordinator to tell her, she said, "Are you kidding she's doing this again?" I asked if there were any girls in rematch and she said no. She said, "And I know you can't AFFORD to have an AP for another year."After I asked why every other agency has hundreds of girls in rematch at any given time, she told me to go with them. I said I'd be happy to if their co would give me the remainder of my six month agency fee back. She said,"You sound like a dog barking at me... when will you learn that will get you no where?"She then told me I was too difficult to work with and she was sending me my money and ending the contract. She decided to break our contract, also breaking protocol as to how it is supposed to happen.EurAupair sent us the amount of money they would owe us if WE ended our contract with them.Our AP was physically ill and could not do her job and they had no one to replace her!They still owe us $1,800.We have had to hire a lawyer, as well as report this to the Better Business Bureau.EurAupair has done nothing but add stress and frustration to our busy lives. BOTTOM LINE: There are many issues using EurAupair. *They do not have any APs to replace your AP if something happens.There will likely be a two month gap when you will have no one to care for your children and you will owe the agency more money because of this!Other agencies will have several au pairs already in the country to start right away, filling that void. *EurAupair does not properly screen the APs. Our au pair could hardly understand English (admitting she had a phobia once she arrived) and she had a serious allergy.If your AP gets sick, they will fight you on it and treat you and your AP inhumanely. *Euraupair does not give local coordinators adequate compensation (told to me by the regional coordinator).Therefore, you could very well have a local coordinator who is unprofessional, gossiping about your family and the other families she works with; or a coordinator who quits, leaving you and your AP on your own. Other agencies take the time to go through extensive interviews of both the family and AP to make sure they're a perfect match.They work closely with the families and genuinely care about situations that arise between the families and the APs, making it all a great experience.Euraupair has been a nightmare from the start and I can't express enough how important it is to avoid this agency at all costs. My husband and I met a wonderful au pair through this site and we're excited to start working with her. EurAupair made this experience impossible and extremely frustrating. For some reason the agency was confused that we reside in two different states throughout the year (didn't think that was so uncommon). They had multiple people from each region calling and emailing us nonstop. However, we still completed all of the paperwork to continue the process. Unfortunately, my husband and I both have COVID right not and we're unable to sign one document due to quarantining in different rooms because we don't want to get our daughter sick, and I'm 38 weeks pregnant. The agency thought that wasn't a good "excuse" and denied our application. Now we've lost the opportunity to work with someone we thought would be a great match for our growing family and have to start this process all over again with a better company. read more

I've been exposed to EurAupair since I was young. My mother was involved with the program for many years as a volunteer rep and coordinator. Through her, I was able to experience many different cultures and exchange participants. I am now serving as a volunteer for the organization. The current world struggles have shown me more than ever that the world is a small place and we all need to come together as humans, not nationalities. I highly recommend the program to all families. I really wish I could give negative stars to this corrupted company. I came to the United States through EurAupair and was placed in a family with a clinically depressed mom (she overdosed on prescription drugs, God bless her soul) and a child with mental and developmental issues. First of all, all EurAupair families are "supposedly" checked and proven to be fit for having an aupair. However, I was never told about the family's problems. Instead I was left to find about it myself after I was already in the family. For five months I tried to be ok with it (EurAupair doesn't let you change families unless you try to "solve the problems" first). After those five months I was able to go to a new family. At first they seemed very nice and a great family until the host dad started harassing me. The host dad started sending me disturbing text messages in the middle of a night while I was having my weekend off. The next day I let EurAupair know about what had happened and that I didn't feel comfortable staying in the same house with him anymore. I tried to talk to the family about it too but they showed no interest in trying to solve the problem. They even called EurAupair telling them that I was the one who didn't want to talk to them and that I had showed no interest in trying work things out. I sent screenshots of the text messages that I received from my host dad to EurAupair, but their response was "if you cause any more problems we will have to send you home". I also offered to mail them my phone records to prove that I had tried to call my host family multiple times to try to work things out with them. However, EurAupair had no interest in trying to help me or even to believe what I was telling them. At that point EurAupair was ready to send me back home and make me pay for the flight. But, luckily after threatening to sue the company they agreed to give me two weeks to find a new family. I was able to find one by myself (EurAupair didn't help me at this point anymore) and I moved in with them just a few days later. I would NEVER recommend EurAupair to anyone. In fact, I would go out of my way to try to convince people not to do business with this company. No one deserves to be treated the way I was treated by these people. There are only two things I'm grateful about coming the United States through this agency: My last host family that I found myself. They are amazing and I will be staying in touch with them for as long as it's possible. And I would have never met my husband if I had not come to this country. read more

We've had three au pairs from Euraupair since September 2019. The first two were inadequately screened and inappropriate--the second one disastrously so. The third (we got her in rematch after 5 months with another family) has been fine, but Euraupair has utterly failed in its obligations to supply support for these young people. in addition they have been unethical in their interactions with us. In summary: inadequate screening, poor support, not either honest or dependable. read more

I want to explain why I am so mad about the way my wife and I were treated by Euraupair. We had two aupairs from Euraupair before our bad experience, one girl was from Germany and she was a doll, the second girl was not so wonderful but she was ok. After 9/11 we contracted with Euraupair to get our third aupair. As soon as the girl came into our home it seemed like she wasn't happy and hardly spent any time with our son who was 5. We spoke to the community counselor, Marita Falconer, who we always had a good relationship with, so I thought, about the girl because she seemed very unhappy. After one week of the aupair being in our home, we decided to have a meeting and at the meeting we were told by Ms. Falconer that we were "abusive" to the girl, and that Euraupair was going to remove her from our home. We were never told what we said or did that was abusive but they were removing the girl and not refunding the $2000 we had just paid. Mind you, when we had our first aupair Ms. Falconer asked my wife and I if we could let another aupair, who was friends with our aupair, stay in our home because her host parent was being "inappropriate" with her. If we were such terrible people why would she have asked us to help out with this young girl. We lost our money because we couldn't go to Laguna Beach for arbitration, and when I tried to call their main office to talk to them they wouldn't talk to me. This company will scam you out of money, beware. I just want to add that when I called Euraupair in California the lady who I spoke to was as rude to me as she could be. She didn't want to discuss anything about what my wife and I supposedly did, and why this girl felt abused. To this day, I have no idea what reason they used to remove this girl. Afterwards someone from the agency had the audacity to say disparaging things about my 6 year old son, meanwhile no one from Euraupair, not even Ms. Falconer, ever had anything bad to say about him prior to removing the aupair. These people are truly unethical. read more

I have never posted a comment online before but after I read the previous reviews and was absolutely shocked and felt I should tell about my experience. I work in a service industry and we always hear those that have complaints but never the 99% that have positive experiences. Our family was blessed to host an aupair for 5 years with 4 different aupairs. We had nothing but a wonderful experiences. We are still close with each of the girls and consider them as part of our extended family. I have met all their family members via Skype or in person. Three of them where from Thailand and one from Italy. My children were 6 months and 4 years old when we started now they are 6 and 11. Before our aupair ended her year we took them to get their photos taken with the kids so my kids would always remember how blessed our family was to have experienced the care and love from the girls that cared for them daily. Two years, we flew one of our girls from Canada back to our home to spend the holiday with her. Our first aupair was with a family in WI were things didn't work out - a true blessing for our family. Not all matches can have great experiences unless both parties have realistic expectations and understands what the program is truly about. My second aupair girl ended up getting married to a man she fell in love with and is now a mommy today. We now consider ourselves grandparents and love that little boy like he was ours. We try to spend our holidays together each year and make time to get together a much as we can. My girl in Italy had her father and family visit for a few days and went on a two week vacation around the states (our families are bonded for life). My last aupair is back in Thailand traveling the world for a while and is now teaching Chinese in her home country. We truly can call each and everyone of these girls part of our family. I think we can always look at the worse in any situation but life happens and its important to be compassionate and caring. I could not imagine my life without the support and help our family received from the girls not to mention the benefit of having someone home to watch my children, help them with homework, play with them, create a life time of memories, and the other misc they do that make a huge difference when coming home from a long day of work. I would do this again if my kids would just stay little forever. :) I would strongly recommend Eur Au Pair and talking to a few people before not considering this company. Unprofessional. If looking for an au pair, do not choose this agency. They claim they screen their au pairs but they do not. They are rude, dishonest and are not concerned with providing good service to families or offering a cultural exchange program. They will waste your time and money. read more
