Fuzzy is available when Uber is not and that in itself is priceless. We needed a ride back from the ER and he answered the call at 4:30am after Uber and the bars shut down around 2:30am. Just don't mention Uber. He is a safe driver and we would have used him the entire time if we had known. I wish he would advertise more, so here is my plug for the local taxi service. read more

My wife and I wanted to float the White River with our own inflatable kayak but we needed a taxi to ferry us between our endpoint and our drop-in location. This was the only number we found online as most Kayla/canoe outfitters aren't in operation in March. Rate was $10-something base plus $2.50 for each additional mile. Cash only. We gave our location and he arrived early. No complaints! read more

The hotel we stayed at recommended using Eureka taxi since my friend and I were waiting a while for an Uber. When we got in I thanked the driver for picking us up and said the hotel recommended him since we couldnt get an Uber driver. This apparently set him off and the rest of the time he proceeded to yell at my friend and I for trying to get an Uber instead of using someone local and made us very uncomfortable. I don't recommend using them. read more

Eureka car service was the only taxi service that actually picked up the phone. I was getting nervous as I was unable to reach a car service to take us to the airport. Every review I read from other "recommended" car services were terrible leaving folks stranded. I found Eureka taxi through the great Yelp reviews. They were not lying, Eureka Taxi is a PROMT and RELIABLE car service in the Eureka Springs area. Gave Fuzzy a call on Saturday evening to see if he can pick us up for a early morning flight. He was on time! Arrived at our location within 10 minutes on an early Sunday morning and dropped us at the Fayetteville airport with a whole hour to spare. If I'm ever in the area again I'm definitely giving him a call. read more

Over charged! Nice clean car, but double the price of UBER! Drove 2 of us a mile or less and charged $12.50. Uber was $7.25. Very disappointed that rates would be so different! read more

Called driver for pickup said he would be right back to get us we waited called him back he didn't answer saw him drive around the corner he didn't ever come back to pick us up we had to call an Uber who gladly picked us up no problem so yes they have Uber I'd recommend them over Eureka Taxi for sure read more

This taxi service was recommended by our hotel. Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. We were told that it was $4/ride, which is why we called him. We paid $30 for a ten minute ride. And did not find out the price until we got to our destination and didn't have any other way to get back to our hotel, so we ended up paying $60 in total. It felt as though he saw tourists and thought he would make some money off of us. Definitely felt like a rip off. If you are going to use this service, make sure to ask for the price before going to your destination. read more

Fuzzy is a legend for all of the right reasons. He loves his town, he loves its people. He is as honest as the day is long. A kinder and more storied fella you won't find anywhere else. He picked up my mama in a torrential storm and made sure she waited out of the rain for him and then raced over to get her a COVID vaccine. Today, he was called to take her to the hospital. He is a good man and anyone who leaves a snarky review should rethink it. Where on earth would a cab ride be $4? You can't even get into a little league game for under $6. Have you seen the price of gas? And you always ask the price before you buy. Don't blame the driver for your lack of informed choices. It you truly love and 'get' Eureka, then you will never be disappointed with Fuzzy. read more

Always prompt and made me feel safe and welcomed. Fuzzy and Hippie Mike are both angels and really fun to talk to. One of my biggest regrets for my trip to Eureka Springs is that I didn't get to say goodbye to either before heading home. They made me feel safe, even as a young woman traveling alone, and helped me figure out where to go and what to do. I left a tip every time I rode with them and I don't regret a single dollar of it. I'd recommend calling them whenever you can't walk or take the trolley somewhere. read more

Saved our bacon from walking 5 miles back to Green Tree RV, after a delightful anniversary dinner at Cafe Amore in Eureka Springs, AR. 95 degrees out there. The city trolley service is very confusing, and seems to run an irregular schedule that changes throughout the day. We had already walked 3 miles earlier today, not sure why we ventured onto another trolley this evening! Call Eureka Taxi 479-253-6699 when you get stranded--quick and easy service. Better yet, just call Eureka Taxi first and avoid the hassle! read more

This man is a gem in Eureka Springs. We were given his name by several establishments in downtown. It was pouring and we had walked to downtown earlier. Uber and Lyft aren't very present here so we called him. He picked us up in 5 minutes in a grand white stretch Cadillac and had us back at our RV park warm and dry in no time. He was truly our savior on a dark cold rainy evening and we couldn't be more thankful! Keeping his number close by for future visits! read more

Highly eccentric and fun. Highly fitting for Eureka Springs. I don't want to spoil what I felt like was a cool surprise when the taxi arrived so I'm not going to post details. Just know that when you call this cab you probably won't be expecting what you get. If you're adventurous, like to be surprised and dig a little weird charm this is the taxi to call. Our cab driver Fuzzy was outstanding!! He picked us up from our Hotel and got us downtown quick. He was quick to pick us up to go back to the Hotel. I also left my wallet in his car and I called Fuzzy and he got it back to me in about 15 minutes. When we go back I will definitely be using Fuzzy as our driver again. Don't even try Uber go with Fuzzy! read more
