Eventually we found it (shared lot with other renters), drop the car but no-one to inspect. Found out the kiosk is inside the airport itself. Went there to drop the keys, and were told we parked in wrong lot - returns are to be handled at Hertz. Went back to the lot to go to hertz, but lot has a gate with a code. No employees had that code, including the kiosk in the airport. At that point we're close to missing our flight from just poor basic organization - it should not be this hard to return a car. Ended up dropping the keys at the kiosk inside the airport, only to be invoiced an extra day bc they actually processed the return 8hrs later in their system. I'm still fighting this charge with them. This is just very poor customer service & basic signage that could be fixed in 10mn with a sign, but looks like the team is too busy to do so Rented a car with Sixt in Marseille and returned it in Paris, had a great experience there so must be just a localized issue with the Bastia office
