Larry, the owner, always gives me an honest assessment of works that's a good idea and also the work that he feels may not be necessary. I never feel pushed into preventative work that may not be worth while. As an example, I brought my car in and asked to have some preventative maintenance work done and the tires changed. I ended up not going ahead with the maintenance work as he suggested it wouldn't be necessary right now. He lost two hours of labour costs but continues to build trust and respect with great service and honest advice. Like the previous reviewer mentioned, it's a no frills operation but luckily I don't look to my mechanic for good coffee and a place to watch TV.
