It took me this long to come back and give them my review.. I had boxed color on my hair when I went to Lourdes so the color didn't come out with bleaching... she applied bleach and left me there for about 35 mins... after washing and realizing the color didn't come out she applied bleach again!!! Dissappeared for a while....I have no idea if she left the shop or was having lunch or what.. but having the bleach on for so long (twice) she FRIED MY HAIR COMPLETELY!... after washing a second time my hair was falling out by the handfuls!!! And what was left was horrible completely destroyed and fired and then had the NERVE to charge me over $500 dollars This place for me is to be avoided like the plague! She gave me a scalp message that took away a headache I had been dealing with for four days. She took her time to understand what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I've had in years.
