Horrible customer service always misunderstandings I Was scheduled for a 2 week refill 2 and was told that the girl who last did my eyelashes was horrible which was the girl who worked there. So obviously they don't teach the girls the same techniques there's 2 Andrea's and when I went in the Andrea told me she had to remove everything and start all over, i got there at 12 pm and I told her I was in a rush and needed to be out by 2:15 then I finally told her ok I will make time just do it, she tapes both eyes works on one eye and tells me she's out of time and can't finish the other eye ???? How Can you let me leave with one eye??? She's all upset and refuses to finish the job! I asked for a supervisor and the receptionist tells me We have no time To finish your other eye?????? I was so upset so I call the man who voice is on recording and he tells me ok someone else will finish at 4 pm and do the other eye! I waited in the front for the other girl to finish at 4:45 I'm told she has a medical apt and can't finish the other eye! I left at 5 pm- 5 hours there NO customer service not experienced techs not even sure they are licensed to do This???? He tells me I'm not their boss and the girls decide their own jobs basically waisted my whole day didn't finish my second eye! Had inflammation poor job on one eye! I am not a new to eyelash extensions service and I would say it was one of the best experiences. The girl who did my eyelashes (Kate) is new and still learning but she has a great mentor. I would never know that the master is just learning. I love the beds, normally it would be something like massage table, but their tables have serious padding and it's very comfortable, hard not to fall asleep. But you should! Relax and sleep through. The Decor is very cute and prices are very reasonable. Parking, here is the problem. They only have three spots available in the front, and you have to park by the rail rode if the three spots are taken. Ambiance wise, I think the location has tons of potential. There's a room in a back that you go to wash your lashes first, and it was really cluttered and a little messy. It didn't feel very "boutique" like compared to other places in terms of decor. Originally my appointment was for 11:30, but they called and asked if we could do 12. We started my lashes at 12:20 (I sent a text at that time so I would remember) and didn't finish until 2 hours later. That is a reallyy long time, especially for a natural set (I only asked to sit up once so I could drink water). There were times when the woman doing my lashes would have to get up and show someone else how to do an eyebrow tint which was a little frustrating. ---- Updated review. My natural set lasted me about 3 weeks which is great, but I decided not to come back to refill at the time. Fast forward to now, I made an appointment for a full set. My original appointment was for 6:30, but I was asked to come at 6. I did, and still wasn't seen until 6:45. I didn't finish until 8:45.... The lashes themselves feel extremely rough and low quality... when it was time to open my eyes, so many lashes were stuck together also. I won't be returning here because it seems that each time I do, my time isn't respected as a client. The last picture shows a lash of theirs vs. one of mine and you can see how thick the end is. This wasn't the same lash they originally used and they're extremely uncomfortable. I'd rather pay more money for a place that will be on time and professional. read more

I have been consistently coming here for my lashes and fills since December. This is my personal favorite location. The techs really take their time to do a great job and I get the look I love. The location is clean and super cute and the prices for new sets and fills can't be beat in my opinion. They're also extremely responsive via text and instagram with any questions I have ever had and accommodating with scheduling. Super happy I found sherry. I have also done their signature facial and microdermabrasion facials and loooove how much it helps my skin's health. Mixed reviews because I know they do a good job but the one time I went I left disappointed. I drove down to the one in Miami on a Sunday. The girl was nice but spoke no English so communication was very difficult. From what I could make out when I asked for a long lash she said they didn't have it and asked me to choose again. So I got a shorter lash but they turned out barely noticeable so I i left feeling disappointed and $100 poorer. The lashes lasted all most a month, however. Later on, I paid for my sister to go and she was very happY with the outcome but she went to the Hollywood location which maybe better. read more

I wanted to look nice for an upcoming meeting, so I decided to try out a wax and tint at Sherry. I arrived 10 minutes early... to be seen 35 minutes after my appointment time. Okay, no problem. We're in south Florida. People run on island time all the time. But the service left me with crazy brows not even a chola would do to herself. My aesthetician tinted outside of my natural, full brow shape. With black tint. I should've realized something was wrong when she kept trying to scrub my brows. I paid in full and gave a 20% tip, but if I had complained, I'm sure I would've been comped. I'm not about that, though. All I can say is I tried one of their most basic services, and it was a disaster. I cannot, with a good conscience, recommend this establishment to anyone... for brows at least. read more

I have very mixed feelings about this place. To start out- I have only been to the Miami location.. not the Hollywood location. The first time I went was this past January and I had never gotten lash extensions. The team was very helpful and my lash artist was amazing! I don't know her name but she was Eastern European and very sweet. I went in two weeks later for a refill and had a different artist who did absolutely terrible. It barely looked like I had anything done. Frustrated, I vowed to not go back. I decided to go and get a lash lift once all the extensions had come out. Just because I liked Sherry and thought they deserved another chance despite the previous lash artist I had. I got a lash lift and it also did not come out as dramatic even though I told the lash artist what I wanted and showed her what I wanted from the sherry Instagram page itself. On top of all of this I was charged $80 for a lash lift when the site clearly says $49. Again, maybe it's just the Miami location that is subpar. If I give Sherry a chance again I will give the Hollywood location a try. But I am not feeling like getting overcharged for below average results any time soon. read more

I came to get mix volume done and after they were done my eyes were red and irritated, i waited until the next day to see if it was just momentary but it was the same so I came back to the store to have them removed and asked for my money back, they rushed pulling the lashes off and didn't even bother to take all the glue off because they had another appointment waiting. Don't come here they use a cheap glue or their technician doesn't take their time to do their job properly. I had gone to their store in Hollywood before and never had any issues. I was going to this place months using lash artist #3. She was amazing. This week I called to make appt with #3 and was told she's on 2 months vacation. They said lash #12 has lots of experience so I booked with #12. Yesterday was my appt, and I had a feeling she didn't know what she was doing since she taped down my lashes. When she was down, which was 2 hrs long. I've never had a fill that took 2 hrs especially when I have like 10 lashes on each eye. When I opened my eyes I felt a slight pain but thought it was from the tape. It was irritated as I was driving home but thought again it was from the tape. Later in the evening, I had a hard time seeing from my right hard. I thought I had a lash in my eye so I checked and tried to rinse my eyes out with drops. After a couple hours of more irritation, I looked again. Since I used to be a lash technician myself for 3 years, I realized she put too much glue so it's hard at the base of my lashes. She also glued every single lashes at the corner of my eyes so when I blink, the hard glue keeps scratching my eyes. I had to get 2 tweezers and carefully remove the ones at the corner of my eyes. Plus I knew she wasn't experienced because my lashes were turning different direction. She either used a heavier weight lashes that's causing it or she didn't place the lash straight. Either way, they don't look that great and I paid for volume mix. When I asked when artist #3 was coming back, I was told she no longer works there. So basically I felt like they lied and did a bait and switch on me. Because my lashes are so irritating, I will have to get them removed, but I won't be going back there. read more

I'm extremely disappointed in the lash set that was applied. I've had lashes applied before both mink and synthetic and they've never been this flimsy. They advertise $59 but the price is actually $77 - reasonable for lashes since a GOOD set usually runs about $100-$150 but the set this boutique isn't FULL. What is applied is about the amount you would have after a week & a half of wear, thus meaning you have to come back in for a $60 fill faster. If you've never had a good set applied you'd be none the wiser and continue to shell out cash for a half done job. I'm not impressed. If you want a good set of lashes you're better off going to The Brow Boutique or Fame Lashes. read more

It is so unfortunate that their scheduling is terrible, because the convenience I had of them being down the street from my job was amazing. hi i have been going to sherry's for almost a year now and lately my last experiences have been very disappointing. I live now in Orlando and only go back down a few times. I take time out of my trip every time to go there rather than a new salon here because I would always love to going there with the grad students.
