Absolutely wonderful experience!!!! I can honestly say this is the very best I've ever had my nails done. Nancy did my nails and her attention to detail is the most amazing I've ever seen. She spent so much time on the shape and made sure every nail was perfect and symmetrical. I am truly impressed and grateful since I needed my nails done for a wedding I'm in. I'm not sure if the lady is the owner (when you walk in on the right) or manager, either way extremely rude, as if you're a bother to her. The lady that did my nails was nice. There was a lady that walked in before me asked to get a manicure with gel (same thing I was getting) she paid $40 but I paid $43, I guess charges change on the mood she's in. I went to get a pedicure & the nail tech did not have any knowledge of the arthritis condition I have. She kept asking about a toenail that looked "thick" even brought two techs over and they spoke in their language. She was rude. I explained to her I have one toenail that is damaged and I also told her to do research on the arthritis I have as it damages the nails. If she were a true nail tech she would have known this. I understand they want to be clear of fungus but my specialist said they should not have even thought it was fungus. They should know the difference if they are indeed "nail techs". I don't think these people went to any type of schooling they were just trained by family. They also have one guy that works there with glasses who will mess up your nails. Do not get this guy. He has been trained for a while & still can't seem to learn. I won't be going back to this place! read more

The guy that runs the place is a jerk. He yells and treats the ladies that work there like dirt. I kept going bc the girl is the best in Greenville at waxing eyebrows. Today I went in for a wax, the man yelled at me that he was busy and said to come back. First, NEVER treat customers like that. Second, if you accept walkins then you need to hire more people so you can take walkins. His behavior is rude and unprofessional and many people complain about it and never return. I am now one of those people. I have been going there for a few years but as a woman that loves female empowerment, I can no longer support this business. We went here because they have the earliest Sunday hours in Greenville. My daughter and I were getting manicures with gel polish. They didn't ask how either of us wanted our nails shaped. My daughter likes her square , they rounded them. They were out of the color polish she had chosen. Instead of telling her this they just put a "similar color " on it . She didn't like it . They did the same to me , my color was fine . They redid her nails . Which is why I am giving them a 3 instead of 1 . Though this salon was clean and friendly (which is why they get the 2 stars).... I got an SNS manicure with tips ($55+ which is much more than I ever spend on SNS) last Tuesday, two of the nails were broken and chipped by Friday. I went in to get them fixed (the techs there were very nice about it) the following Monday (yesterday) and now a third nail has chipped polish and a fourth nail has completely fallen off. I have NEVER had this happen with an SNS set. I can usually wear an SNS set until they are completely overgrown (3-4 weeks), and even then they don't budge unless removed. On top of that I am uncomfortable with the UV lights used with gel manicure (UV light is bad for your skin!). I prefer to use the regular SNS activator and SNS top coat that dries in the air. When I said I didn't want to use the UV light they asked me why, brushed off my answer, and did not really give me a choice. I have never has an SNS manicure that uses the gel light and I have a suspicion they are not doing SNS correctly and this is why all my nails are breaking and chipping. I wasted a bunch of money and time. I have half a mind to ask for a refund but I don't want to deal with it. Next time my regular place is closed, I'll just wait for it to open again. read more

I was in the chair for 2 hours for a basic acrylic set. they had to take off the acrylic set they had just put on me because they did not know how to shape my nails after i told them multiple times. Then they re attached acrylic nail on top of the acrylic powder that was still on my nails. The service provided to me was disappointing. i called the salon the next day to get my nails fixed (which is what my stylist told me i could do for free) and received major attitude when i asked for someone else to do my nails and i was hung up on. i have never been so disrespected in my life. read more

I had Christine (middle-aged woman), she sat and watched Netflix on her phone the entire time she was doing my nails. Didn't ask me what shape I wanted or if I wanted them cut at all and proceeded to cut them all the way down. There's also polish all over my fingertips and the gel is very lumpy & then overcharged me, I have paid $18 each time with my student discount & today charged me $26. read more

Sloppy job! I got SNS nails done for graduation and they did a horrible job. My nails are lumpy, uneven and sloppy finish. The management pulled the girl who was doing my nails to go do a pedicure and another girl took over. I mentioned about the unevenness and lumps and she said to come back another time to get them fixed. I asked her to fix them while I was there and she said they were too busy! She pampered me like I was her most important client of the day. She helped me select the exact type of nail color I wanted (with a touch of sparkle), I Iove my nails. The pedicure was quite relaxing. It was a wonderful experience. I wish I could have brought her back home with me. The guy who did my nails was more interested in keeping up with soccer scores on his phone than doing my nails. This is the one and only review I have ever written for a business. While the staff was nice, the man who said he was the owner, Kevin, was horrendous. He spoke in a very short tone to customers, but his tone and words to his staff were far worse. There was one attractive customer that he was very attentive to, asking her if she got drunk for her birthday party. In the meantime, he ignored what his staff members were trying to report to him. Then he got very obviously angry with the staff, claiming that they were not keeping him posted on customer requests. When a customer tried to point out his inappropriate treatment of staff, Kevin became very irritated. He and the customer got into a screaming match, which lead to threats of calling police. To say the least, this was not a relaxing experience because of the owner's behavior. read more

do !! not !! go !! here !! i went in for an acrylic soak off and regular polish. they cut my finger when filing them, which made them gush blood and they used nail glue (!!!) to seal up where they cut my finger. i was worked on by three different people, and i witnessed the owner being very rude to the girl next to me. he was nice to me, which was good i guess. anyway, the polish was the worst i have ever gotten. there are bubbles on my nails, the colors are uneven and the top coat isn't all over the nail. the shape is alllll kinds of messed up. long story short, please avoid this salon at all costs. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for about a year and a half and they have now recently changed ownership. The previous ownership and staff were PHENOMENAL. They were ALL very friendly and made me feel like I was at home whenever I came to get my nails done. The old staff did an amazing job on my nails and they were always quick and efficient. However, my first time visiting the new staff was NOT so pleasant. For one, I waited literally over an hour to get my nails done and it wasn't because they were really busy they were all just slow at their jobs. Second, they had some "worker" who literally just walked in start taking the polish off my nails while I waited for another nail technician to start on my nails and the lady that took the polish off CLEARLY didn't want to be there and when I tried having a conversation with her she barely said anything and had an attitude. THEN, when I finally started getting my nails done the lady doing my nails didn't communicate much with me at all and I was NOT impressed with her shaping of my nails. Then another nail tech legit kept harassing me about getting my eyebrows done because according to her "they looked bad" but I repeatedly told her that I didn't want them done. And on top of that, the owner was rude to his employees. They also started charging for filing your nails down too and I didn't like that because previous ownership did not charge for that. The overall atmosphere of this nail salon changed in a negative way and I did not enjoy my time there. I WILL NOT be returning to this establishment ever again and I wouldn't waste your time or money here either! read more

I went to get eyelash extensions and she made me look like a drag queen when I asked for a natural look. then she got an attitude when i told her that this is not what I wanted and she stormed out the room to get another girl. She then put some gel eyelash remover on my eye to remove the lashes and it burned my eyes so bad. WORST NAIL SALON EVER. I went there once to get a fill in and the man doing my nails was rude and talked on his bluetooth the entire time and when he finished my nails still weren't even filled in all the way and the paint looked terrible, but I was in a hurry so I just ignored it and left. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back again one more time but had another man do my nails. He then proceeded to cut my entire nail off and told me the only way I could have long nails was to pay an additional cost to have tips added. When I told him I was not interested in that he proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone else in the salon, including my friend who accompanied me. He said that if I didn't like how he did it then I needed to get out of his nail salon. I left crying with my nails looking even worse than when I arrived and had to go to another nail salon to get them fixed. The girls in there are sweet but these rude, un-professional men will ruin this business. Worst nail salon I have ever been to. Don't waste your time. read more
