I have gone here in the past with good results. However, a couple of months ago I asked a simple manicure with no polish, just cuticle care and nails trimmed. I asked for a charge of $25 and was refused. September 2024 Yelp shows a manicure cost of $25. I will not go here any more. read more

I have been going here for a long time and I like the fact you don't have to have an appt to get a mani-pedi. A few weeks ago when I went with my daughter the girl messed up my big toe but didn't fix it and I didn't notice it til I was home so I didn't go back to get it fixed . This is the best nail salon I've been to in many different towns and states. I love that it's all gel, and the color choices are endless. They are quick to get you seated and started and spend a lot of time working with you. I got my nails done several weeks ago, and they're still looking good now (not always the case for me). I decided to try a new nail salon out of pure curiosity (and the fact that it's closer to my house than my normal salon)- it was a mistake. I made an appointment for a liquid gel fill and a pedicure for 10:30 on a Saturday. I arrived at 10:25 and was instructed to pick a color for my nails and have a seat until they were ready for me (ok, no issues, typical). I was let down by their color selection; their polish bottles were arranged by bottle number, rather than color- I found a pink color but wanted a lighter shade- I had to keep looking because shades of colors were not grouped together. Around 10:45 I was escorted to a pedicure chair, alright, 15min of waiting wasn't terrible but I was getting annoyed. Finally around 10:55 my technician came over to start my pedicure. At this point I was annoyed, why would the salon book at 10:30 appointment when I wasn't going to be seen until almost 11? On (I believe her name was) was fantastic, she did a great job on my toes / feet- I have zero complaints. My pedicure finished around noon and at this point I was beyond annoyed that not only it took about 30min PAST my appointment to be seen, but the salon wasn't that busy to begin with. After my pedicure I was asked if I was ready for my gel fill- I told them no, as I was not prepared to be here that long, so I would be leaving. The price was where I thought it should be- but I decided to go to my normal salon, Polished, for my liquid gel fill. Sadly I will not be back, between the small (unorganized) nail polish selection and the disregard for appointment times, I feel this salon does not value their customers or their time. read more

The first mani/pedi I got was well done, the colors felt a little off but I figured I just picked the wrong color. This time I went back and asked for dark red and dark green, with a matte finish. This does not seem dark or matte to me. I almost feel like the color swatch was different from what was in the bottle. Great quick service- I had a 4pm appointment and immediately was asked to pick out my gel polish color and then go sit down. I had the gel polish manicure and they had to remove my old gel polish too. My technician Polly was very good- she did a fantastic job and I love the shaping of the nails. They don't take walk ins. I had 3 broken nails. They don't fix broken nails if done by a different salon. I offered to pay for the 3 broken nails and a color change in Order to replace the 3 broken nails. They said no they don't do that either. So u have to already be a client or a new client with an appointment and no nails from another salon on. This makes no sense to me. read more

I guess they can only do basic colors and no designs because every time they do designs it comes out HORRIBLE and is overpriced. Not only that, but the guy who did my nails also did not have me wash my hands, did not use cuticle oil, or any of the other basics. I paid $100 for only my nails (fill in and squiggly line design) and to top it off he didn't put an under color layer so it's just squiggly lines on my acrylic and you can see my nail under. I was a walk-in. My nails are painted awfully, the shape is the furthest thing from square and the tips of my figures hurt from how much she grinded them down. The tips of my fingered were on FIRE after she finished grinding each one! An 11 year old could have painted them better. Poor quality with an EXPENSIVE price tag. Never again read more

This place is amazing! I'm a travel nurse and am not very familiar with Greenville, but with a Vegas trip coming up, I wanted to get my nails done. The salon is very clean and the staff is super friendly! I wasn't sure what color I wanted and they were more than happy to match me with a color. Be warned, the 4 o'clock mani/pedi appointment went about 2 hrs. I didn't mind this because they took time with the signature pedicure to massage, exfoliate, and moisturize my legs and feet.
